Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

A little confusing to work but overall a great app - a requires a bit of a learning curve. also overlaps with functions of several other apps i already have installed, so don't love that. But i would recommend overall!

I just started using Stamped.io and I love the way it has integrated with my website. It looks great. The reviews keep on coming and no doubt it will help to continue to build the brand and build trust with new customers that come across it for the first time. Importantly, the technical help was superb and very much willing to help. Thank you very much.

Best looking review app IMO. I needed help integrating on my homepage, a customer adviser Alyssa Chiam replied within minutes and integrated it for me since my theme didn't allow it. Amazing customer service, some of the best I have received

Really helpful customer support. We switched to another review platform, then switched back a few months later because Stamped is very well integrated with the Shopify platform and highly customizable about which products/people get emailed review requests and which do not.

This reviews app has a great intuitiveness to it. I first used Shopify Reviews to import all of my Etsy Reviews, and other website reviews - after some time I wanted the capibility to send email requests for reviews, which Shopify Reviews did not have. This program is great for getting more reviews, and integrating to so many platforms - it also has a great platform for expansion, meaning the more expensive plans give you bigger and better benefits which is exciting.

Set up was fairly easy. I needed to have them customize the coupon CTAs and they did it quickly. Would have been nice to have that feature built-in though so we can do it ourselves instead of always having to email CS.

Lightning fast service. Sent an email and the problem was solved by the time I next opened my inbox!

This app is great for my reviews and the customer support is amazing. I love the option for photo reviews as well.

I am using this app to gather reviews for my products on my website. I wish the coupon feature was free. I am a small arts and crafts business getting started and no budget. Vendor fees are so expensive. I hope once I get reviews I can send coupons for reviews through Shopify since this app doesn't. I am liking all the customized features in this app.

Works well and as intended! I quite like the picture review feature. It generally looks nice and integrates well on my site.

Really easy to setup and customize in a day. It's excellent how you can pull purchases from the past six months to send out reviews. You can also select which items from the customer's order you want them to review and more. Couldn't be happier with the product so far. Thanks everyone.

Amazing service! I had some issues where old products were accidentally deleted so I lost 500+ reviews. The team were so helpful and replied to all of my emails within just a couple of hours (even with the time difference), and had my issue fixed and my reviews reinstated, and they even upgraded my widget while they were at it. So impressed!

This app is awesome! There are so many customization options and it looks superb on the website! The support team has also been extremely nice, helpful, and quick to help me resolve any issue or customization I wanted to make for my review widgets. I would definitely recommend this app over any others out there!

This is a great super straightforward apps for gathering and posting reviews. I love that it automatically emails my customers after purchase, and where it is placed on my store. The customer care was fantastic and was able to respond to me very quickly. Would recommend!

Amazing support. Pretty quick at answering questions and solving issues - even made small changes to pass on a URL parameter on my request. Support is technical and helpful. App is super versatile. I spent many hours comparing alternatives and Stamped.io seems to be most evolved in handling multi-language invites (unfortunately not yet based on checkout language, but at least on a customer country basis.) Price is fair, highly recommended!

Great app, and super customer service! Cheaper than others on the market as well. Can customize a lot of elements too.

Easy to add. Went through 3 different review widgets before finding this one. Shame they don't offer more features on the free version. I'd rather have everything set up and then be limited by monthly orders so we can grow together!
