I honestly was skeptical at first, plus I loved the look of how the Shopify reviews app blended in nicely with my theme colorization. I quickly learned the huge feature upgrade Stamped had. I love the customization of the widget. Just wish we could change the color of the stars, or show nothing instead of hollow stars if there are no reviews on a product. Either way, I had a few requests with the support team and they executed for me very quickly! Very happy so far. Just wish the UI was more organized for creating and editing widgets, email, etc

I've had great success so far with onboarding with Stamped.io. The team is responsive. I'm looking forward growing my UGC with Stamped. I would like to see an integration with Rise.ai, as I use their Gift Card Loyalty program already. I know Stamped has a Loyalty program, but I need to integrate the two that I am currently using. That is the only drawback so far, as I am currently manually rewarding my customer for writing reviews.

Works properly just like you want it to work. I do wish you had more customization option tough. Other than that it's great.

It does everything I wanted my review system to do. Reliably sends emails, takes reviews, and gives rewards for reviews!

I trialed a few review apps before trying Stamped.io and have had the best experience with this app. I find it quite easy to use and the layout is simple to understand. No issues to mention! Would recommend.

I just started using this app when I launched my store. I had one small issue where I had changed my Shopify store's URL from when I first downloaded Stamped.io to when I actually launched (under a new URL). Within the program, it still had my old URL listed for my Shopify store. I wasn't able to change this on my own, BUT I submitted a help ticket and had the issue fixed instantly. Customer service is severely in a lot of businesses today, but Stamped.io proves that there are still great companies out there who care about their customers! Thanks, everyone!

Such a needed app for every store to build trust with your audience. This app is so easy to use, it's almost an assistant in it's self when set up correctly automatically gathering feedback and making it look great on your site. We love this app! We moved from a review app that was a "market leader" and very expensive to Stamped and are very happy!
