scammer caution, and red flag!! They charged my developing Shopify Store https://test-allen.myshopify.com/ by Paypal for 598USD two months at 1 day in 1 transaction, and I contact the support for refund, the support contacted me to make me believe who was going to refund me, after 2 weeks they are not going to respond email, totally scammer!! I complained with shopify and paypal, unfortunately nobody could stop Spocket Scammers continually scam drop-shippers on internet, what a shame!

John was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns

I absolutely love Spocket! The integration process is smooth, and the interface is exceptionally clean and user-friendly. The notifications about products going out of stock are incredibly helpful. edit: I want to add that today I needed to use customer support for the first time, and I had an amazing experience with John.

Large selection and easy integration.

I tried to give Spocket another try, but it’s just not going to work out with us. I can’t afford to keep continuing to refund customers due to sellers not shipping orders in a timely fashion. The platform is ok if you have no issues but once a supplier doesn’t ship, Spockets response time is outrageous. I will no longer be using this platform once we receive a resolution on this last order. It’s too inconsistent and hurting our business.
