Reviews for Spocket: USA & EU Dropshipping

I use Spocket mostly for the range of brands and products that it makes available for drop shipments. Even the free plan offers so much. Yet, I plan to jump up a tier within the next few weeks. Definitely recommended to add to one's plethora of tools and sources for drop shipping. Awesome addition to your toolset.

I'm very happy with this app. There is a wide variety of items to choose from for my store. I am now able to order sample to "test" a supplier out before ordering. I had an issue and customer services handled it promptly on the same day!

This App helps you to import new products from supplier from Europe, America, China etc. Very Good App!!!

Half of the products I have imported don't even include all the variant photos. How am I supposed to sell a top in a color I dont have a photo of? Also, you can't remove the tags from the items you import before you send them to your store. This means you have to seek out each item you have imported once they are in your store to remove the ridiculous tags they have attached to each product. I have imported quite a few items that have upwards to 30 tags that are completely unrelated to the product. Another con is that the item descriptions are useless. Some of the items I wanted to import didn't even state what the fiber contents of the garment were. Would you want to purchase something if you had no idea what it was made of? Last thing, your monthly subscription dues are ridiculous. $29 a month to only import 250 products? And that's not a monthly cap, that's total! Then it jumps to $99 a month for unlimited imports! How does that pricing scale work??? With everything I have mentioned here in my review, this app isn't even worth $10 a month. Find a different app to import that is worth the time and money.

They basically had nothing shipping from the U.S. that my customers would want, in quite a well-known niche with a huge following.

Update 2: I am lowering to 1 star after sale experience Update 1: I am updating my review lower for these reasons A sale of a product that was listed as shipping from Canada was actually shipped from China and never reached the customer. The first issue is that if the source was correctly specified, we could have kept the customer informed of the timelines. Second issue is that there was a chargeback because the customer did not receive the product, which happens once in a while for China shipments. Spocket team was not able to do anything or refund the product cost. So we lost both ways, one to the customer for non receipt chargeback, and also the payment to Spocket. Since they have no ownership, and we cant talk to the product seller directly to resolve issues, it takes forever and this app is a waste of time and money. Just use Oberlo or other China product interfaces. 1. Depth of product offerings are low for my industry. However it may be good for other shops so no harm in trying out 2. The margins appear good, but if you do a deep search you will find that many products are available at lower retail than suggested. It may be good to start with, but eventually you will be tempted to move out of the app and build your own relationships with wholesale companies just to be competitive in the market, let alone save the monthly cost - always look at annual outflow of an app cost even if it looks fine on monthly basis. 3. Proves review counts and ratings do not paint the true picture. In this case you get a free month if you give a 5 star rating, so most people who install will give a 5 star rating in the first few days itself to get the free month, which leads to a ton of reviews done by people who have not experimented with the app, products and prices. 4. Having said that the app itself works fine, if they can sign up more wholesalers, avoid double dipping and reduce their margin on the products and rely on the monthly fee they may become competitive I will be removing this app. --- Just installed. First look seems fine. Tried importing 1 product and it went though easily. Let me test how it works and depth of product offerings before leaving a better review.

The App is simple and easy to use. The product descriptions are clean. The prices however are high and doesn't really leave us much room to make much profit so not worth the time. I spent 2 hours and could only select 4 products. everything else was expensive already. They should also give us the option to set a certain price and apply to all variants. (v/s a profit percentage like it is now)

Spocket has been amazing for me!! I started my store just a few days ago, and added a few products to test, everything seemed to transfer over smoothly so I actually gave spocket a real shot. First I picked a niche that i thought wouldn't be too saturated and I pushed a ton of products over from Spocket. Then I decided to spend around 30 dollars on facebook ads, I actually received my first sale from the traffic! I know it's not much yet and I still need another sale or two before i'll start profiting but I am loving the experience, Spocket is GREAT! A++!!!

Why cant companies be honest from the start??? Spocket according to your advertising your app is free so I spent all day using your app to put products into my website only to try to place my first order and I was asked to pay £29. So is your app free or is it £29?? Why did you failed to inform me at the begin and be clear about your prices? Now what I'm going to do is, delete the products that I put on my website and go directly to the supplier site and save myself £29 a months. Why cant your firm be honest about the way it works??

I've been enjoying the app quite a lot. I have seen great value in the products they bring to the table and have available. If you not sure about it I suggest just trying it out. With the free plan there is really nothing to lose. Also, I have been in contact with customer service a few times and they have been outstanding in responding to me and helping with any questions I've had. I know Spocket only focuses on products source in USA and Europe mostly, but would love to see more lower ticket products. Also, shipping times for the products are great honestly. Instead of waiting for 3-4 weeks products come from China, it takes 5-7 days in USA. LOVE this part of the app. Good to me so far.

So buggy, getting errors all the time, the products are over priced, a 3$ top is actually priced at 29$, pathetic. Pathetic and time waste.

was a good place to add products from, there was a promo for unlimited pushing of products, i pushed alot, and looking to get membership once i generate enough revenue.

The concept is great, but the problem is that most of the best items are preferred products and you have to join a paid plan to use them. It would be great if there was more variety and better quality for the free plan items. opalorchidboutique.com
