Prices are very high and no way to contact Spocket. Vendors doesn't ship product on time. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Overall this app is really easy to use. I love that there are a lot of products from the US, which cuts down on long shipping time. Lot of great products to choose from! But it does tend to freeze up a lot. Once I connect my sprocket to my shopify store, it sent me to another page, instead of letting me import the items I'd already selected. I had to start all over Thank you for your feedback! 😊 We’re so glad to hear that you love the selection of US-based products and how that helps cut down on shipping times! It’s definitely a big plus for dropshippers looking to improve delivery speeds. We’re sorry to hear about the freezing issues and the trouble with reconnecting your Spocket account. That definitely sounds frustrating, especially after selecting your items.
