So far so good....easy to set up the basic plan. I will give another review once the shop is up and running. I am on the fence with 4 or 5 stars because of the branding logo on the rewards program....I think they should offer lower tier option for a few bucks that would get rid of their branding on the system....

Extremely EASY to setup. If all the App can be setup the way Sweet Tooth app has step by step setup!

Misleading for the free account. I would say that the worst thing is tha they insist paying at least $60 per month in order to remove a giant branding logo, I would have given a 5 star review otherwise. Furthermore, they limit a lot of features unless you pay, which would be bearable if they didn't decide to openly brand the rewards form. I would not recommend downloading this app if you are a starting store, it would probably be a conversion killer considering the fact that your customers will know that you use free website tools unless you pay $60 a month. If they would lower the price for developing stores and didn't decide to brand the loyalty program form with their huge logo, I'd be happy. Unfortunately, they've chosen to overcharge for such a simple application. I'm afraid I'll be uninstalling this application soon.

Not used yet, however my review is on the set up - there is explanation video's, and lots of information throughout. I gave me a lot of confidence and it was a pleasure to use. Really looking forward to offer a loyalty to program to my customers!

So far so good, the setup wasn't too bad. But I need more time to look into it, and have a better experience with it.

Very good service that my loyal customers have taken advantage of. I am soooo grateful for this program. I want to open a storefront someday soon and this app gives me some practice creating brand and company loyalty with my online customers. I have the free version and it's pretty customizable for what I need at this time. I'm happy with the product.

Great app, really easy to set up. Hopefully it will produce some good results.
