Set up very easy, lovely user friendly interface that's made for real people - nicely done Sweet Tooth! However it's disappointing that you can't edit some really basic colour choices as part of the 'customise' process...unless you upgrade of course!! Almost deleted the App when I realised this as I feared the whole 'Free' thing would have too many limitations. But, persevered largely because of the positive reviews for the free version... In terms of how well it works we'll have to wait and see what happens! Fingers crossed....

Sweet Tooth is great app. I was a bit unsure of trying it but its customer service team are the main reason I decided to try. Abby is a pleasure to work with. Not only she helped me with Sweet Tooth itself but she provide me with idea an examples of how I can promote my loyalty program. I have to mention that I'm in free plan, even though I wasn't pushed to upgrade, and I appreciate that. Her intention was all the time to help me to get the most out of my free plan. Thank you su much Abby and the Sweet Tooth team. Did I mention that she was working in a holiday?

Seems to be a lot of bugs. Coupon not working after points activate coupon.

Haven't had any issues. Very pleased with the app thus far

I do love this App. If i was going to say One thing i would like to improve would be the 'Tab' design. its a bit OLD and really could do with more options to change the look and feel. Over all though its a great way to get your visitors to promote your store.

Definitely a "Best of Shopify" in our opinion. This app is OUTSTANDING, and not just because of the user-friendliness, awesome features or great functionality, but also because of the customer service. We've interacted primarily with Elli and Kellen, both of whom are absolute rock stars. They've been incredibly helpful and responsive, which is particularly helpful for new Shopify store owners who are busy trying to launch and grow a business. We highly recommend Sweet Tooth for anyone interested in an app that offers loyalty AND referral marketing, and for anyone who needs integration with both Shopify AND ReCharge. There aren't many apps on the market that integrate with both Shopify and ReCharge for referral marketing. In fact, outside of Sweet Tooth, we couldn't find one...

We like sweet tooth quite a lot. It's very easy to set up, has plenty of options for rewards, and appears to even work with Point of Sale, which is pretty spiffy. Their customer service is pretty cool, too. If you're looking for a point system this is a great option.

I just installed this app and in 5 minutes I already had my first customer subscribe! Great application! Easy to use and extremely user friendly! The one thing i would suggest to the developers is get some sleep! You deserve it!! :)
