This app was a breeze to set up. I just wish your pricing was a little less expensive.

It has great options for free plan. The problem is that to customize the "Spending Points Coupons" you have to pay. It is no problem if your webpage is in English, but if you have it in another language it is not fair. Non usable in free plan for webpages in other languages.

So our coupon codes weren't working and I tried very hard to be independent and figure it out myself. I had a missing external app not attached to my site. ABBY from Sweet Tooth was crazy helpful! And answered all my questions and helped me with the fix. I am not going to upgrade past the Free version. Thank you ABBY!

I believe that this is the best app. for rewards program in Shopify app store. It contains many great functions and works as a best marketing tool for online business website. One thing I concern about this app is pricing. Average conversion rate of online business for purchasing is 1~3% visiting in general. If they charge $59.99 per month for up to 2,000 members and I assumed $10 for average transaction amount, then I will make $200 to $600 sales in a month. Many Shopify customers are paying for monthly subscription fees and other app fees as well and it would be very hard to make money paying $59.99 per month for small business owners. If this program targets high-end product market website which has over $50 average transaction. It would be great. This app is really great and awesome app for me but still the price is too high for me. I would like to suggest if they charge 1% fee of sales volume in their plan, it would be better option to all small business owners.

I LOVE this app! It's such a great way to get customer retention and what I like best is that you can try it to see if it works before having to commit to a monthly fee. It's working so well that I have no doubt we will be upgrading soon enough! Abby from Customer Service was extremely helpful to me when I needed assistance :-) Highly recommend if you want to implement a customer loyalty program!

We just started using and setup so far has been easy. We'll see how well it works after we relaunch the site and this holiday season comes around.

I wish there were a little more functionality with free accounts or a mid range priced account. I am a small one person business that distributes for another company so the pricing jump is a little intense for me. It would cost more than my shopify account to upgrade monthly. At the end of the day, the service has been easy to use! I am a new user and am happy so far! I did notice that I got rewarded for points without clicking the "share" link and also I wish there were a few other custom point entries bu all in all its good!

My customers really enjoy the opportunity to earn points from their purchases. When I needed help with the transferring clients from a different account it was done promptly. I recommend this app.
