The implementation of this program was very easy to set up and make live. After testing the program before launching the new site, we had to reach out to customer service with a few questions. Elli was phenomenal to work with! She quickly addressed our concerns and found a solution that resolved the issue. The level of checks and balances that are built into this program to help avoid user misuse of the rewards program was well designed and developed. Using the rewards program with the referral program provides cohesion to a strong customer incentive program implementation. Incredible. Since installing this app a few weeks ago, I've collected more email addresses, had more social shares, and experienced more sales than I ever imagined. I've been able to engage more with my customers to discuss the program. I've also been able to ditch my clunky affiliate program and take advantage of the referral functionality. I'm looking forward to seeing what this app does for my business over the coming months, and I'm still on the free plan!

Easy installing and easy to set up! The team was super helpful, especially Maggie and Abby who helped me with feature set up that wasn't available unless I upgraded to the highest tier but they gave it to me anyways! I've never experienced such great customer service!

It's easy to set up. More feedback based on how it is adopted and how reliable it is. Great product at the outset though.

I've been using this for a year or so now and I love it. The only complaint that I have is that you can't redeem points in store without an email address. A lot of my in store customers prefer to give their phone number. Would be awesome if this could be a feature sometime.

What more is there to say? I love this app. Does everything I need and does it perfectly with minimal effort on my part! I believe for the quality and functionality of their apps in general you can't go wrong with at least trying it out for a test run instead of an instant commitment. Not too mention - their customer service is top notch! I love working with Smile.io - they help make me a better merchant!
