Love the app and what it stands for. We want to reward our customers and this is a great way to do it. Using the free version, there are two things that are keeping this from being a 5 star app in our use with it. We would love to reward our customers for leaving a review and that is unavailable to us at the moment. Second, during testing of the "Follow on [enter social media site here]", even if the user does not follow the page, the points are still awarded upon clicking on the button. Is there a way to audit and check against this? We want to make sure that we are rewarding for the outcomes we want to see for growth. Otherwise, great work! Look forward to hearing back soon.

App works exactly as described. Haven't had any issues. Customer support has been extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!! Maggie is the best! :)

I love the way it looks on the website. I haven't gotten any interactions from customers with it yet. However, my site is still new. I'm confident it will integrate well.

Great Rewards app! Easy to naviagate through the Dashboard. I love the optional Customization settings.

It's a good free way to get new sign ups, followers and referral to try it. I have enjoyed using Smile for a while with their free plan and looking to leverage.

Love this app! Our customers are more willing to come and buy now that they are rewarded each time. Couldn't have asked for a better rewards app. Easy to use and integrate.

I just started setting up smile and already have a few hesitations. The photos are required to be such a large size 1200 x 480 that they look very unprofessional in an email because the text in a 600 pixel frame. So you have to scroll in to get the full text cutting off the photo. The argument is they just changed it to the 1200 pixel size in order to give a better quality photo. You can get a great quality photo at 300 dpi. I won't be using the photo which is extremely disappointing! Also, one of the reasons I choose to go with the Growth program was the ability to have control over the collections the customer can use the rewards on. But we have multiple collections. I want customers to be able to use their rewards on more than one collection, however, I can only choose one or all. I want to be able to restrict one. Why? This is not control, no one has just a couple of collections. I'm going to try it out, but very skeptical at this point.

It's a really good app and works very well. Installation was very simple and setting it up was easy. The only reason I have not rated 5 stars is that it would be nice to be able to add on say other features you need when on a lower tier. For example, we would really like VIP rewards but we are on the Starter package. For us $599 a month is simply out of reach at the moment but we would be willing to pay for the feature.

My customers have really enjoyed earning rewards. I only recommend having a more visible advertisement on my website so people will know it's available.

It is amazing what you get from this app for FREE! It is just so helpful and it has so many features. Easy to install and customizable look that makes it look in sync with your website. A must-have app for sure!

Great App. Didn't drive sales like I hoped but made better returning customer rates. Even without the most deluxe plan, I was able to create a fitting look for my store.

Been using it for a number of weeks. Works great and really encourages people to give their email addresses at the checkout. Using it primarily in POS right now. Very happy, recommended for sure.

I would like to set up a page explaining the smile program but there is nothing. It doesn't;t have a place for this and no response

I loved the app as it makes applying the discounts and promoting the rewards program much easier, however I've only left out the last star due to the app not having the option to earn x amount of sales per referral link equals free item, but rather they have it as both parties get $5 off. Please update the app with a counting system to reward users with a free item and you'll get 5 stars instead of 4 in my books!

The customers services is horrible. I been asking help for a simple fix and they just don't want to help me at all. How dissapointing considering the price of the apps

I have been wanting a Shopify website for a long time and I just now could do it! I knew I wanted to have a rewards program for my customers & this is absolutely perfect! You can use the free version(as I am doing) or pay and get more great perks! I love it!

Too expensive. Requires educating customers over and over again. Not easy to understand how to use code. Most customers place it in the "Notes" box during checkout requiring website owner to manually apply the discount. Will most likely delete this app within the next week.

Essential! Flexible Reward points program and excellent referral system in one app. Good integration with Shopify.

Absolutely brilliant app it works well and seems to be no issues. Using free plan hope it’s still this good when free plan ends
