I've been using this app for about 15 days now and it is really helping me out, it really works, the pop-up option to build email campaigns is perfect, in 15 days I have already 452 new subscribers without making any effort (not even counting the customer list) and now I am preparing email campaigns to scale even more. Their Help Center staff are very fast to answer, I contacted them many times with questions and I always get answers in minutes. Wish I could give 10 stars! :-)

I have just started using shopify and this app, but I am very happy with the simplicity of it and the great support. So far, all my question have been asnwered quickly and problems solved.

I looked through many apps and as a small business, this app fitted my needs. I created a discount pop up, which works perfectly and an email to my customers. This was my first attempt and the interface was very intuitive. All working well.

Very pleased with this app so far. I have not used much of other similar apps before as this was the first one I downloaded. So far I can say that the Free plan is really good and it is very easy to use it. I don`t know what features other apps are offering, but this perfectly works for me so far.

I used this app to create a pop-up on my Shopify store, automated emails and a newsletter so far. It is very easy to integrate with Shopify, and the setup of the pop-up, emails and newsletter was very intuitive - no need to read a bunch of instructions before getting started.

Absolutely fantastic customer service with this app, even with the free plan. Lots of sophisticated features suited to Ecommerce.

Hands down the best email app I've found, and I've tried them all. Fast to set up, and really good looking emails! USE IT!

Great functionality and integrates nicely with Shopify. I like the Dashboard and and how easy it is to modify and add/adjust elements in my newsletters.

I have enjoyed using this app for my store. It makes designing emails super simple and intuitive. Customer Support has always been great and there when I need them.

Migrated over from MailChimp....what a huge positive difference!! Love how easy it is to use, the set up, how much info you can retrieve from your subscribers and the smart segmenting are the best features. I want to send just 1 simple email however I can't seem to figure out how without it being a weekly automated email. Need to make time to do training I guess!

So far, so good! simple to use and gets the job done. Plus lots of other features i have yet to explore.

Really liking the support that you get from the team. Dashboard is nicely organized. Easy to set up my own e-mails.

This app was easy to download and follow. It was my third attempt to find a suitable app for sending customers newsletters, and it made life very easy! Its not complicated and its free, doesn't rope you in or trap you into monthly payments once you have over 300 customers, like other apps. I found the newsletter, product emails awesome. Easy to import all my customers emails from Jilt and Mailchimp. It would be great if it combined products to make a slideshow in the newsletter but you can add videos instead

I use the pop-up and the emails to welcome new customers. The abandon cart emails are super helpful too!

Trovo quest'app facile da usare. Creare newsletter e automazioni è molto semplice con SmartrMail. Do 4 stelle perchè manca un sistema flow intuitivo che permetta di creare da zero delle automazioni più complete.

I love this app because it makes sending emails for promotions, special products, etc a snap. In under 10 minutes I can send a great looking email that connects seamlessly w my store.

I use this app for my newsletters, pop-ups and product recommendations. Using the free version at the moment as still building business but will use paid version in future.

I installed this app and forgot all about it. Went in to check the stats a few months later. Had made 5 sales (on the free plan) on autopilot! And from only 172 email subs. I really am considering getting all of my subscribers into SmartrMail, so I never again have to design and send an email manually.

I use this app to help automate my emails and my lists. It works wonders because there are some things I'd rather not keep up with and it takes care of all of it for me.
