Been using this app for more than 4 years now and every single time their customer service agents and tech team never fail to impress me! (: Rossie is the woman to look for, she is very friendly and patient and never fails to check in with me whenever a customisation is made! Their tech team is also very fast and accomodating to make even a slight change or tweak to suit my perfectionism! I have been using the app for a short time, but it has worked as expected so far. I only had a problem displaying the icon on my page. The advisor Rossie assisted me through the chat and very kindly resolved my problem in just a few minutes. Thank you very much for your help.

This application altered our sitemap URLs, resulting in 7,268 404 pages. Our site's health score plummeted to just 55. We've attempted to reach out to the app's support team on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, our issues remain unresolved, and we have yet to receive any response.

2023 Update: We needed some tweaking after a theme update and happy to report great support again from Steve at Secomapp. A great app that bridges the gap between currency detection and Shopify's native local currency checkout. We have seen a good increase in international sales after installing this app. Support from Peter and Michelle has been great - always quick to reply and very helpful.

Very simple app and the customer support was incredibly responsive. They installed it for me and tweaked it to fit my theme.

It has been working great so far and if you have a developer on your team, you can customise it to your needs. However, we did experience an issue with the cookie, but Steve was able to solve it perfectly even though the Shopify support team couldn't assist me with it. Thank you very much and best of luck!

The customer care is good, it's just a pitty I reside in a country that does not support Shopify pay and I'm unable to have customers check out in their own currencies, other than that the app does wonders and the customer experience is out of this world.

Everything is great and works very well! I asked the customer service for help to set up the embedding on my site and they did it where I wanted it to be. They are very kindley and friendly! I really recommend this app!
