I'm currently using this app so that I can have an all in one app that is a lot less hassle. I saw that this one was the whole package. So far, it looks like it will really help. I have struggled with finding a way to reach out to customers without damaging the user experience. So I feel that this will provide a way that isn't TOO "in your face about it." It looks like it will help, and navigation is great. They provide excellent default messages and the whole thing is very easy to understand. I am very excited to see how it helps my store be better!
