Fantastic customer service, we always use this product for filters. The response time is always very quick. Outside of the occasional bit of tech support, it is very easy to use.

The suddenly stop syncing. We tried for 8 hours. Contacting support only got one response to allow them store access after that nothing. They support is not available after hours I am guessing. After the support was reached in the morning they were able to fix they issue.

They helped me fix my turn $0 prices into a Contact us for shipping button for goods, problem. They are the best team to work with and I wholly recommend contacting them before you delete this app. They can change your whole stores feel and thus customer satisfaction.

Amazing customer service. At the beginning, the app didn't work with our theme, which was promptly solved by the support team. Functionality-wise the app is doing exactly what we had in mind.

Dabei entdeckte ich super viele nützliche Zusatz-Tools, die sich super schnell umsetzten ließen. Mein großes Lob geht hier an den Support. Egal welches Anliegen wir hatten, sie konnten es problemlos und schnell umsetzten. Diese App kann ich wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

This is the worst app I have ever seen. It doesn't syncronice with my themes (debutify, venture). I tried it on both. Also, i tried to contact them and you can only write them an email. Bad bad experience.

Very good filter and search app, I wish they can allow product ranking but except that, everything else is satisfying.

This app is crazy-amazing value! It provides functionality that users expect (product filtering) which is not provided by Shopify due to it being tag-based. This app works on BOTH the search results and on the collection pages. The app is very, very configurable for the money, too. The integration (data feed) is simple and seamless through the app, although sometimes it needs a manual sync. It even gets sales data from Shopify so that users can sort by Best Selling. When we have run into any glitches, their support has been super friendly and responsive. I really cannot understand the problems other reviewers claim. We are a mid-size Shopify Plus business (growing to enterprise) with a huge catalog and, sometimes, huge traffic. This app by Globo has held up VERY well!

We have over 2.5k products and although our theme has excellent filtering features it struggles at this volume. So, having researched the available filter apps we chose Globo's and I'm so glad we did. Both the consumer facing filters and the settings / controls are designed with simplicity at the fore. And what's more, the support is super responsive and helpful. I raised 2 issues - one was user (my) error but it didn't change the responsiveness and the other was something to do with my theme - fixed very quickly. Very highly recommend,

I had a coding issue with this app and another. I was able to get both developers of the apps to work together and work through the problem. I was very impressed how responsive and willing they were to help me out! Great application to work with and does great things for our shop!

Very easy to navigate and the customer service is amazing. They took care of my issues within a 24 hour period.

We use this app across 25+ of our Shopify stores. Their customer service is top tier. They were able to work to do custom dev on our sites to fit out needs. And this app comes with the most intuitive features out of the gate. By far the best and #1 filtering app on the Shopify platform. My favourites features are the colour and variant grouping, the ability to filter by ANYTHING (tag, price, variant, weight etc), and robust filtering per collection page etc.

I have used the app and its working fantastic as required. The support service is excellent, very quick response. I have requested so many customizations from support team and they have done all on time. Great App!
