Brilliant and fast customer assistance. I have installed two of their apps on my website and they are both great, functionality wise and asthetics. I had a one little hiccup integrating one of them on my site and the support team was quick to help me and very polite - very happy, thank you!

THE APP: I’ve used the app for a little bit now, but I fell in love the first 5min of using it. Super easy to use dashboard, simple interface, no nonsense THE SUPPORT: The support team is awesome, had a little problem with a filter in my theme, Asked for support via the app Dashboard. I got almost instant a response, super friendly & helpful the problem was resolved within 30min since my first email! That’s what I call support I’ve been helped by Helen, definitely one of my best experiences with customer support ever. I’m a returning customer for sure, Keep up the good work!

We have loved the ease and user intuitiveness of the app. When we have had some issues, they have been prompt to respond and resolve the issues.

Love this app, customers can filter types & prices. But most important is the fast & knowledgeable service I get from the staff. I never have to worry about changes been done on time.

Great app, great support. The app is great for filters. The support team managed to fix an issue I had the same day.

I researched many filter and search Apps. This is the one! The dashboard is very easy to configure. You can get a color swatch match to the right images. The CS support response time is under 24 hours and is very helpful. They will do coding adjustment to get it right for you. Highly recommend!!!!!! and....they have many other Apps....check it out.

Wirklich coole App, konnte optimal in mein Theme (Sense) integriert werden. Habe einige andere davor ausprobiert, aber die ist wirklich am einfachsten zu bedienen und sieht im Endeffekt am besten aus :) Der Support ist sehr nett, superschnelle Reaktion und wirklich sehr bemüht zu helfen. Und auch erfolgreich dabei was am wichtigsten ist Danke! Mich habt ihr überzeugt!!!

This should be included by Shopify as default, I am surprised it is not. Globo and its incredible support team have been wonderful in helping me getting setup, a big shout out to Helen who has been so patient with me. The templates are easy enough to customize and the liquid templates can be truely customized if like me you have a unique setup.

This app's support center supports and solves all the problems in my shopping mall very quickly. I highly recommend this filter app! ;)

Excellent service from Helen and the dev team at Globo. They went above and beyond and sorted out some issues that didn't even apply to their app. And the app is great - provides a myriad of filtering options.

The globo color swatch and filter app are completely compatible and look great on applying to the website. Great app and bes support team...

Their Smart Product Filter app for Shopify is the best app in the app store. I really love the simplicity of the app. Their service is super quick and fantastic. Once I was stuck on an issue they immediately resolved it.

One of the first apps I installed permanently after starting my shop after trying out most of the other search/category apps on there. Brilliant app does what it says on the tin. No impact on store performance. What really makes it worth 5 stars is the support and the willingness of the team to adjust the app to your requirement at zero notice. The plug-in is very easy to use and has powerful functions. It solved the problem of user search. I encountered a small problem in the process of using it. After contacting the customer service, the problem was solved very well.

I used this app to help customers find the products they want, in the sizes they want and the styles they want. It's been wonderfully easy to add filters and enable sorting. There was an issue with the text color not being visible with my theme, and their support team immediately fixed it for me. I am so happy.

Die App funktioniert sehr gut und macht genau, was sie soll. Die Template Files sind darüber hinaus anpassbar und ermöglichen damit noch mehr Flexibilität. Besonders herauszuheben ist aber der Support. Ich habe auf eine Mail innerhalb von 3(!) Minuten eine Rückmeldung samt Lösung erhalten, mega!

I've been using this app for about 6 months and it's perfect for my needs. The filter menu works well and when I ran into a small issue the support team were able to provide a solution in a very short space of time. Definitely a 5-star app
