These guys are amazing; the customer support is so fast I still can't believe it. I just had a problem with my theme, and they fixed it in just one day. So if you're thinking about which app to install, definitely go with this one. I've tried a few others from the apps you might have seen in the same category, but I can tell you, when it comes to customer support, this one had the fastest response. There's no question that the app is great. But I would like to emphasize how incredibly good the customer service is. I've never experienced this with an app before. I had a problem (there were gaps between a few areas that didn't restrict the function but looked unattractive). I wrote to support and less than an hour later someone got back to me and took care of the problem. Not only was the problem solved, the developer even fixed another small issue straight away, even though it had nothing to do with the app. Simply because he had seen it and wanted to help. If I could give the app 10 stars, I would - for the best customer support you can get. Amazing!

Well, I am only 1 full day in on using this app so I can not leave a review regarding performance. BUT what I can leave a review on is my experience with their customer support team - it has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the concise and quick responses to the speed of implementation, I give them a 10 out of 10. I was having trouble getting Slide Cart to work with my GemPage so the team requested collaborator access, went in there and within hours had me up and running. Ive requested minor changes here and there that I am unable to execute myself and they've swiftly helped me apply them. All in all, if you decide to use this app I can assure you that you will be in good hands and actually feel like a valued customer.
