I love this app, because everything runs smoothly and fast. Not like the google channel where you need to scroll down for every 50 items to load, and saving a lot items can take for ever. Also customer support is excellent. They helped me with problems I had with the Google channel. It took less than a minute to connect with them, and every thing was taken care on the spot.

Great APP, you can submit feeds for different countries, and you can decide which sku can be submitted. If you have any difficulties, their customer service can help in time.

Regarding customer service, they are patient and happy to go back and forth on a problem until it is sorted.

As a new customer to Shopify and limited knowledge on setting up a website after coming across the Simprosys app to set up ad campaigns it was a bit overwhelming. I had a few issues that I reached out to Simprosys support and they went above and beyond my expectations. The response was super quick and extremely helpful to guide us to get things working the way they should. Highly recommend!

Symprosys Google Shopping Feed and the customer support that goes with it is amazing. I email my question/concern to Symprosys and with in 24 hours I have a response, usually with a video link, that solves my issue. This is a fantastic app!

Amazing support! I recently had an issue with a Google Merchant Center suspension and Nikunj took the time out to write a detailed response on things on my website that could cause it and he even included screenshots! It's not even a simprosys problem but he made sure to assist me as best he could, will never use another Google Shopping app ever!
