Great app with responsive and helpful support. We started using Google Shopping Feed after using the Bing Shopping Feed made by the same team - both great products.

Great App! Very user friendly!!

I was running some issues in both google and bing merchants account. I contacted Amit and without hesitation, not even an appointment with my first issue in google. Amit was very quick to respond. With my bing account, I expected a 30 minute walk-through with him. But it only took us 7 minutes to fixed the issue. Great app and very knowledgeable customer service. Thank you!!!

This is the best Google Shopping feed app I've used in terms of functionality. That alone would be enough to give 5 stars. I wish I could give more stars for Amit and his first-class customer support. He is also constantly working on upgrades to make his apps even more customer friendly. Customer for life.

This is my second time calling for help and Amit has been prompt and courteous while assisting me. Both problems were ones that I created while setting up a new domain and I am very grateful for the support I received.

This is not a first time when we use this app and we always leaving happy because you need to spend a time just for one click. Worth to note: very helpful when needed a help, i.e. something to be changed after instalation.

Amazing support and the tool does exactly what you need. One of the best features is the ability to use SKU as your product ID and not the ambiguous shopify ID. Easy Bulk editing and the Support Amit gives is AMAZING.

The app is extremely easy to use and the support is hands down the best I have received on any app. Amit has screen shared with me and Skyped me on several occasions to help me solve issues and knows exactly what we need to troubleshoot. Issues are solved within 15 minutes.

The app was easy to install and the switch from the Shopify app went smoothly. All my data carried over so that my campaigns could function properly without any interruption. The new app functions perfectly, much better than the Shopify legacy app. Amit even quickly solved a problem that was related to the old Shopify app and now my feed is in top shape. Great service from Amit and great app! Highly recommended!

Outstanding app, outstanding support. We now use 3 of Symprosys apps and we are super happy with them. This is a very easy to use, feature full app. We were up and running in less than 5 minutes with about 500 products. So much better than the legacy Shopify app, which is going away for good in a few days. If you are looking for a replacement for the legacy app, you found it. This is it! don´t really like its. complicated interface and can just submit 5 products for free

Amit the develeper is outstanding in supporting of his app. I had the outdated shopify google shopping app on my store. i tried the new shopify google shopping app and couldn't get it to work. I installed Amit's app and was able to get Amit on Skype (during the weekend) and he was available and worked with me at various times to get my google feed working correctly. I loved that he was available because I was at wit's end trying to get the feed to work. You can't make money on google if your feed isn't working. Get the app and spend your time on adding products and not trying to get your feed to work.

Great app. Much better than the crappy google shopping app that is connected with shopify.

Have tried several Shopify apps for Google shopping they all worked but there were lots of errors showing in Merchant Center. Tried this app and I couldn't believe a) how quick the feed went up and was processed and b) how well it works with no errors and no issues at all really. My products are now showing up beautifully in shopping and Amit is a joy to work with - cheers Amit I will definitely be buying this app! Julia - EarringZ

Very powerful app and amazing support from Amit - Would recommend to anyone looking to create a more customised feed for google

so far love the tool, ease of use and support from Amit. Cut over from Shopify shopping app. was painless and easy. Had a few questions/concerns on how to do befor pulling the plug on shopify's app. Amit was super responsive answered all questions quickly so I cutover. Had about 3 issues that I thought his product caused. Did some digging and Amit offered to skype to look at my adwords to help figure out. I found the issue for what I was seeing, Amit found the root cause for that issue right away...and it turns out it was something I did wrong. Amit helpe track it down even though it wasn't his products issue. Great support going the extra mile. I can't wait to start trying the targeted promo's that I couldn't do because shopify app didn't support. Then I'm going to add the Bing tool!!
