Fantastic app. The support is unparalleled. The API is very tricky, a direct feed to Google Merchant from Shopify is riddled with errors, crippling Google Ads setup. The team works through all the kinks and their response time is 100% and very fast. I've already used this app across multiple shops and highly recommend.

The google shopping feed team at Simprosys InfoMedia is exceptional. The support for this app is truly exceptional. My items are now all approved for google shopping and all errors fixed with the patient and kind assistance of Milan. I was nervous about setting it up and transitioning from old web site to this new one and the level of care and commitment was just amazing to get me up and running. I am excited to see all the app has to offer and get my remarketing campaigns going as well. I know if I have questions, that I have intelligent and capable assistance just an email away. I have issues of submitting some products to Google. Support seems nice enough, but after some emails, they stop replying me, I guess it's because they can't find the solutions or answers either. Finally I have decided to remove this app and start to upload the feed myself -- manually, through a file I created. Some people said that once they uninstall the app, the app will delete all your data on the Google Merchant Center. But I told myself that I have removed the old feed already and replaced with the data that I created myself, so this shouldn't happen. But it did happen, they removed all the data, data that I created myself. To be honest, this is not good. You could say this is your data and you want to remove it, but since you can't access my data on Google, you wouldn't know whether data has been replaced or not, you have no right to remove other people's work either. People should have the right to like or dislike an app if they feel that this app isn't helpful to them.

Customer service second to none. Instant reply and a fix on the problem occurred. Don't hold back with any queries you have, with instant replies you won't be left frustrated in waiting.

Email support is always helpful although having live chat and phone support in addition to email would be better. The app is not that intuitive, but there are video instructions.

Love the apps , makes my life very easier especially when you do not have much knowledge about navigated marketplaces.

Overall a great app with excellent support! We use this app for feed integration to Google Ads and Facebook. Will use again!
