This app is the best app on Shopify for submitting a feed to Google, optimising the feed, and setting up all the tracking you would need for any ad platform you run ads from. The customer support is very friendly and helpful, particularly Saad who helped me fix my issue quickly.

there online chat system never works. they replied your email after 4 days. very unprofessional. i recommended to all never use it. Now i will try to find other app. Thanks for bringing this point forward. If you look at the app store listing, we don't promise chat support. We provide Chat support only when our team is relatively free from pending tickets. Regarding response time, we have responded to you within a timely manner. But seems your inbox was not working. That might have been another reason your emails were not reaching to us too. Hope you can understand.
