We switched to this app recently and we have been really impressed how easy it is to use. We had some issues with the way VAT/TAX was being treated as we sell a number of products that are exempt of VAT, however the support guys have been extremely helpful and on the ball with getting things sorted. Further more adding an extra country to the original feed has been really easy and it has certainly been beneficial. Would certainly recommend this app

switched from a feed file to Symprosis (Feed for Google Shopping) and the results have been great. Along the way we've had some operational issues with Google and while Google's support is a little slow right now, Symprosis is always right there with support and general advise.

I have used other feed app before I use this one and I have to say that this is a well-made app with little problem. However, when I did run into issue the support was great!

not only is this an awesome app, but the support team is awesome at responding to any questions and the online documentation is best in class as far as shopify apps

working perfectly without help of any other apps. Not only the app is great, but also the people at Simprosys. With little understanding by me, they helped me out with every question without any delay. Great app, great people!

So far, so good. We have only used the app for a few days now but making edits to the feed and correcting Merchant Center issues has been easy. Also, support was super responsive and fast.

Needed an app that provided quick product updates to merchant center using the content api, this app enabled that quickly and easily. We also take advantage of the ability to setup the feed in multiple countries. When we have had questions support has been very quick to answer. Great app.
