We have used the app for two or three years now and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. It is far superior in terms of functionality and performance compared with the Google Sales Channel Shopify app which is often inaccurate with its data. The Simprosys tech support is excellent. Incredible app! Very complete with all possible customisation for your google shopping feed. Very experienced team. I highly recommend.

Just a low quality app. Hard to use. Looks like it was made in 2012. Support non-existent. Trying to figure out how to use it with no resources is a nightmare, and now merchant center is going to be suspended soon.

Very good support, always friendly and quick to respond. For anyone who wants to grow their company, I recommend Simprosys!

As other people have already said, the app is amazing, works and well built. Support is great always willing to help. I have installed this app on this and other multiple client store to connect the feed with Google and it works everytime. Highly recommend. Prem support rep was fab.
