Aggiornamento 20 ottobre: 1 - il support ha sbloccato la traduzione e ora va tutto molto bene e fluido. Le traduzioni sono quasi perfette e il risultato è molto soddisfacente. 2 - magicamente, dopo lo sblocco, siamo stati in gradi di tradurre dall'italiano in.. altre due lingue! Dunque è tutto tornato regolare. Ora non vediamo l'ora di scoprire cosa costerà tradurre in altre lingue oltre le prime due.. gratuite. :-) ------------------------------------------- Ottobre 18 Molto deludente: 1 - Traduzione in INGLESE bloccata al primo tentativo, per un sito con 9 prodotti e 15 pagine. Supporto di Shopify... non in grado di risolvere il problema: parlato con 3/4 differenti Agenti del supporto. 2 - lo strumento permette di tradurre automaticamente SOLO in due lingue oltre quella originale del sito... a meno che siete in SVIZZERA! Perché considera la lingua locale ITALIANO (per esempio) una lingua DIVERSA dalla lingua ITALIANA dell'Italia. Dunque.. si può tradurre in automatico SOLO in un'altra lingua!

I use the auto-translate a lot and it makes making my site a lot faster. I do go over and personalize the translation when necessary, but this does cut out a lot of time and hassle of doing the translation from scratch.

La aplicación es fácil, intuitiva y clara para encontrar todos los rincones que hay que traducir, para mí antes era una pesadilla y nunca quedaba bien, cualquier cambio era una odisea encontrar y repasar párrafo a párrafo. En esta app encontré todo a excepción de unos títulos que aparecen en la home que aún no he podido averiguar donde se encuentran para traducirlos, el resto es excepcionalmente fácil. Muy recomendable.

After initial difficulties, the app now delivers exactly what is expected of it. Thanks to Google Translate Connection, the translations are not perfect, but it is easier to use than most other apps.

I installed the app, and it worked for a while. At one point it no longer translated anything, so support advised me to uninstall and reinstall. Now works. Apart from that, it didn't translate everything automatically, in many cases I had to go and find the content to be translated. However, the translations are good, and it is still the only free program that offers translation into two languages. So thank you.

This app offers a better usability than most of the paid apps. Continue developing this and you will have a great all-around translation function.

This app is a great choice for multilingual stores. Will gladly give 5 stars once the "Product Reviews" app, tags in blogs and shipping rates are fully translateable too.

This app is free and great in terms of UX/UI as it brings me exactly what I need. Other apps charge a lot of money for a very simple solution

Buggy! Now I am on a state it says it is translating and never finishes the job. Regardless if I clean the cache, change the browers, or even uninstall and install the app again does not work. Very bad design and the problem is probably on the back end.

This app is amazing and I was waiting for it for long. Only enhancement needed: allow for extra languages even for a fee.

Esta app va muy bien. Rápida, precisa y fiable en sus traducciones. Si vienes de otra app de traducción ten cuidado porqué las traducciones anteriores pueden quedar escondidas y registradas en html. Estaría bien que también insertara en la url traducida, la distinción de idioma en la url. Gracias !!!!

良い点＝無料。手間をかけずに翻訳できる。自動翻訳の内容に問題あれば修正可能。SEO対策が期待できる。 悪い点＝2か国しか対応していない。独自の辞書を設定できないので複数回出てくる固有名詞の修正は困難。

It's great but 2 languages is definitely not enough so I had to remove the app. When will the paid plan be available for more automatic languages?

無料で使いやすいソフトだと思います。ただし弊社の環境では、カラースウォッチの画像情報が消えてしまい、直すことができませんでした。 テーマのバックアップを取っていたので、元の環境に戻し、事なきを得ましたが、再インストールした旧翻訳ソフトが値上がりしており、サブスクリクションの費用が、これまでよりも高くなってしまいました。 （後日更新情報） サポートから、当初はそのような不具合は考えられない、と返信がありましたが、その翌日には、プログラムに画像のURLを壊してしまうミスがあり、改善しましたとの連絡があり、不具合が解消しました。 いつも思いますが、Shopifyの技術部隊のサポートの速さと対応力は素晴らしいと思います。 ただ、無駄な出費が嵩んでしまったので、星一つはマイナスのまま残させてもらいます。

The best translation app we used so far - makes life much easier. It would be really nice if it was able to translate internal links also, so it links to the page of the same language.

Can't add both Traditional & Simplified Chinese to the site, and only allow choosing one of it, that's not make any sense... do u know in Asia Pacific trilingual that included English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese are quite common. I'm so disappointed T_T...

Edit, Up to 2 stars because of the reply from the team, thank you. I believe our case won't be an isolated one, as people who use Traditional or Simplified Chinese all scatter around the globe, so any website that is using Shopify and serving both sides of them at the same time would face the same problem. ======= We appriciate shopify to have their own lanaguage translate app but this mess up our website and setting. Initially, we were using another app and let the website display English, Chinese Traditional (with /zh-tw) and Chinese Simplified (with /zh-cn) and customers can choose the langauage they want with a selector. Now shopify put all chinese language under /zh only and can only allow us to choose 1 of them as the store language along with English, we understand we can assign Simplified to China, and Traditional to Taiwan but the problem is we serve customers from both side who live here in UK. You just put our hours of work of doing translation into nothing. I sincerely hope you can rectify this asap, thank you.

Great functionality and easy to use. I had hard coded extra headings into the theme code and it was a simple process of rather adding these to the locale file and then they became available within the app for easy translation.

Přehledná aplikace jednoduchá na ovládání. Bez omezení počtu slov či produktů. Pracuje i v bezplatné verzi rychleji a spolehlivěji než mnohé placené doplňky. S aplikací jsem velmi spokojena.

We have moved from Weglot to this new app from Shopify and we are very happy! I wish it had more automatic translation, but for a free app it's already amazing like this. Simple to use and it just works without compromising other functionalities of our website. Thanks!
