This allows us to connect to Amazon and process those orders through shopify and thus into our ERP and WMS systems. We have been very satisfied with the product so far. Amazon continues to force changes to the listing requirements which "breaks" some things we used to do with Codisto (ie it makes listing NEW items more difficult and we have reverted to flat files for some catagories) but I'm sure it is difficult for Codisto to keep up with Amazon's changes as they seem to make them all the time on the fly. Codisto seems to try to improve the product as time goes on and that is appreciated.

It's a good app when it works. But poor support and multiple months of downtime, technical errors, and unresponsiveness make it hard to recommend. Further, they continue to charge during their downtime. Customer service is quick to respond and is great for general inquiries but very slow to fix any bugs or problems. Unfortunately, you will also be ignored by their support team if you ask any difficult questions (i.e when will the app work again, ETA's on technical bugs). If you have a large catalog and your business is heavily dependent on the communication between Shopify and Amazon I would not recommend this app, it is not reliable enough.

I needed help with certain issues regarding policies and the customer support as so amazing as so quick to reply, they fixed the issue within the hour! Would recommend to anyone!

This app helps me list on Amazon much easier. I can finally list products in bulk which saves me a lot of time

I've ran into several synchronization problems but I' ve managed, with the help of the Customer support, to solve most of them.

Ediline was such a big help to me. Very attentive, patient and helpful! Very thorough and caring and helped with all the details that I needed to help list my product on to Amazon.

Customer service is spot on! Does take a bit if tweaking to get setup properly but if you have questions they are fixed asap with online chat!

Really like this so far. Seems to have more functionality than most of the other tools I've tried, especially for the cost.

The Codisto Channel CLOUD IS UNBELIEVABLE. The help I am getting from Mark is uncredible !!! He knows the Codisto Platform so WELL !!! He is so patient, to Explain and Explain again and again, and again, when I don't understand right away. I never had such a nice support !!! No App until now has been so well developed for the needs of small business Shopify Merchants like myself... Customer service is very fast and helpful through the live chat. I have had several issues or questions that they have been able to quickly assist with and explain why and how the situation happened so we can properly manage the app in the future.

Customer service is amazing and very responsive. Jason helped me install the app and ensure all my product was syncing correctly. The app is great for large stores with heaps of SKUs and makes listing to eBay very easy.
