HI we cannot get any help from shopify or codisto . codisto app was working when it own by amazon . you could help . now as shop owner i cannot even add new items to amazon.

I recently tried out the Shopify app "Shopify Marketplace Connect" to facilitate the upload of my Shopify products to Amazon.in. Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been quite disappointing, primarily due to two key issues. I encountered significant challenges with the customer support provided by Shopify Marketplace Connect. Specifically, I needed GTIN approval as per the app's requirements. However, I already possessed brand and category approval under Toys & Games on Amazon. In this situation, Amazon offers a straightforward solution by allowing the creation of an ASIN through the "we don't have product id" option. This contrasts starkly with SMC's insistence on GTIN approval. As a user, I anticipated a more adaptable approach that aligns with Amazon's existing systems and approvals. The lack of flexibility in this regard greatly hindered my experience. Furthermore, the app exhibited issues related to image quality and capture. One of the app's intended purposes is to simplify the process of uploading Shopify products to Amazon.in. However, I found the app to be needlessly complex and difficult to use. I believe that its functionality should be more intuitive and user-friendly. Furthermore, I found it easier to utilize bulk upload via Excel to transfer products from Shopify to Amazon.in. This ease of use in the manual method contrasts sharply with the cumbersome nature of the app. Taking into consideration the poor customer support, limited flexibility, image quality concerns, and overall difficulty of use, I have decided to uninstall the "Shopify Marketplace Connect" app. For those seeking a seamless and efficient means of uploading their Shopify products to Amazon.in, this app proves to be time-consuming, inefficient, and, in my experience, a waste of money. I do not recommend its use, especially if your goal is to simplify the cross-platform product uploading process. Overall, my experience with "Shopify Marketplace Connect" has been far from satisfactory. I hope that future updates address these issues, making the app more user-centric and aligned with the needs and systems of online marketplaces like Amazon.in. Until then, I will be seeking alternative methods to achieve my product uploading goals.

After installing to address the removal walmart market place, the application took over my etsy store. After hours on support with shopify, marketplace was removed. Unfortunately, it has removed my ability to manage Etsy and all listings that have been in place for years. Even Etsy said they could not revert the changes. Save yourself time/money and just manage the platforms directly.

The app is mostly easy to use and understand, and has good customer service for if you run into any problems.

Tried this app and looked all easy so far. Tech support are the best in town helped me in all issues I had and also they assist with a screenshot for better understanding. thanks to Tom for his prompt assistance :)

This app has stopped us from getting any sales on Amazon for 6 months. Its help center has had 6 months to resolve it and is still unresolved. Their help center keeps saying to reauthorize Amazon, which we have done (more than 20 times) and it still keeps advising the same issue. Our Amazon store is working perfectly. Nothing wrong there, only the app.

Shopify took over Codisto and it was for my Walmart store. It's not even working. Can't even link 13,00 sku I have in Walmart. Why put out and app and it's not ready. Terrible

great app if you are looking for a one stop solution for your inventory and order sync across multiple marketplaces. their customer support staff is very helpful, they are well trained on the technical aspects. I am happy that they are not doing a robotic chat, they are actually solving customer's problems. Once again, thanks to Ediline for all your support and best luck to the app.

Revised! The original Codisto app was a 5 Star or higher. When Marketplace took this over they completely changed all the functionality around and took certain options out that brought this app backwards. They allowed us to revert back to the original app, which if you liked over this new version I would highly suggest requesting that while they play around with this new platform. We moved this from 1 star to 4 since they moved us back to the original interface and will move it to 5 when they can fix the new app.

I've never experienced top-quality customer service. This company blew me away with their performance and outstanding system. This is the best system to connect all of your marketplaces and have them in one system. Don't waste any more time, get with them right away!!

Peachy did a great job with helping my issue with professionalism and patience. We did a lot of troubleshooting to sync products to Walmart.

Great customer support, but there are a ton of things that I asked that they could not provide an answer to. For example, if u have an error on one of your listings, it doesn't say which field isn't correct or what u need to fix exactly. Then on the Amazon side, a product with an error would show up as active on Amazon, so there are definitely some bugs, and customer service doesn't know the answer to most of the questions I asked. The new UI looks good tho :)

I have been thrilled with the support I get with this app the few times I’ve needed it. A must have for your store!

Just converted from Codisto to this app for Amazon feed and there were some bugs in the app which weren't picked up during testing. Fortunately they were able to fix these quickly. It would have been better if they had found these out before launching the product, but their response to solving the problem was good.

Shopify marketplace connects new live chat functions is second to none. super happy with the help I received. They resolved a issue I've been having for months now almost immediately !!

Very, very helpful and supportive. And the app allowed me to export my shopify right to my ebay account seamlessly

This app is not ready for prime-time ..seems like it's been rushed to release to cover for the fact that the Walmart-Shopify app is going away. The good news is that it is cheap (so far) and you can choose which listings to "enable". I'm just using it for Order management as I have zero faith it will work for listing or inventory management. Seems to me that they are just trying to do a copy/paste on what might have worked with Amazon. Documentation not updated for Walmart. Here are my other commments: Can't handle marketplace cancellations ..won't backflush to marketplace cancelled order. Has no import/export capability - have to use their "grid" which doesn't allow you to sort or filter on anything meaningful. Can't easily map when you have hundreds of listings ..can't get rid of Amazon connector screen (I don't want to sync with Amazon - get rid of the pop-up screen that shows up every 10 seconds) I could go on ..but it is cheap so I'll take it for now BUT PLEASE MAKE SOME IMPROVEMENTS and I will be happy to raise my rating.

What would have been particularly beneficial here is an automated warning system that could detect such problems ahead of time, thereby preventing them from escalating. While the rest of the experience with Codisto has been positive, this particular oversight was quite concerning. Customer support, although usually responsive, could have been more proactive in this instance. Addressing such unforeseen issues promptly, coupled with the implementation of an automated warning system, will go a long way in maintaining the credibility and efficiency that Codisto is known for. In conclusion, Codisto remains a highly recommended app for those seeking to connect their app store with major marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. The functionality and ease of use are top-notch, but improvements in the monitoring system and more proactive customer support are needed to prevent future disruptions. I am hopeful that Codisto will address this issue and consider implementing a proactive alert system to enhance its service. Despite this hiccup, the app's overall performance and capabilities make it a strong option for those looking to simplify and enhance their multi-channel selling experience.

I installed the "Marketplace Connect" a few days ago and it does everything it said it would - Tech assistant "JOY" patiently and knowledgeably help with the onboarding as it was the first time I ever "mapped" products - I have 2 amazon stores - USA and CA. I didn't get all the products correctly mapped at first but JOY came back a few days later as orders came in and helped sort it out. Customer service has been great - I sure hope they don't go to "text" only support - I prefer to speak with a live person rather then type. Thanks Joy for your assistance!

We just want to say that this application is by far the best one we have used submitting our products to eBay. Easy to use, instant inventory update, instant pricing update, instant image update, etc. The app is glitch free, and we love, love, love using this app. The other thing that we also love about this app, is that, the support team is available all the time to assist you. You do not need to wait hours to reach support, they are right there to assist you within minutes. One last thing we would like to add is that the support goes out and beyond to make sure your experience using their app meets all your expectations. Thank you once again for the amazing application, as well as the support team!

i find the 24 hr chat very helpful and the step by step guidance and follow up chat transcript extremely useful.

Managing our eBay store with Shopify was made easier with the Marketplace Connect app. Support from Mark was excellent when we required assistance.

As a long time user of Codisto I was quite happy with it, and it would have been a 5-star app. Now, after becoming part of Shopify and rebranded Marketplace Connect, it went down to 1 star. Functions that we used and need in Codisto have disappeared. Why can I not work on variants in the bulk edit view? Why would I have to go through single edit mode to make changes, especially when I need to do them in bulk to many of our listings at a time? How is it not possible to at least match functionality? I was hopeful that over time, some of the kinks that Codisto had would get solved after becoming part of the Shopify family, but I could not imagine losing core functions as a result. Edit: Support was able to revert me back to Codisto (the original app), which is great and enables me to be able to work again. I was then asked to please delete my review, which I am willing to do as soon as the problems in the new app/design are gone. Until then, my rating stands that Shopify Marketplace is a sorry excuse in the state that it is now.
