Decent for the driver delivery and customer notification experience, but not great for the order operations. Can't add manual orders utilizing local delivery. Can't perform split shipments. A bit of a rushed product that could be great but needs work.

Shopify's local delivery app is absolute bliss to work with. helped us save a ton of our time and money. It was amazingly easy to work with this app

Everything was good on desktop but in the Shopify mobile app there's a problem creating delivery list job, it cannot proceed to save the list. 1. Fix the Shopify mobile app function to save list 2. Hope to see in the future update can have different tier delivery rate for local delivery. As when delivery getting farther, and we can set a different rate for different postcode. 3. Update with the time that when the item is delivered, not just the date. 4. would be useful if have verified code sends to recipient or able to take a photo when the recipient received the item as proof of received. Overall is a good feature app

It is a nice simple delivery application, definitely a good start, but it NEEDS the ability for the customers to sign for their delivery, and for the driver to leave notes. We will continue to use Circuit for Teams for now, but hope that you guys will add some more basic functionality that all other delivery apps have.

FREE APP - means low quality. Please beware. Go get a paid app that can do 100x better than this. Very bad planning and tech backup for this to be operating at 4 or 5 star level. need so much improvements.

3 star because of the concept and idea. Really good idea to improve productivity, Few issues The app freeze and and never could create a list, also we were lockdown in the app and could not go back to the admin unless we restart the device. another issue was the some of our customers could not pass true because their address was no verify by google. We hope all this issue can be fix to try again.

This is the exact app I need, it makes our life much easier! We were using excel sheet to keep track of our local delivery orders which was so much pain. The route optimisation and driver share link feature is awesome! Nice work Shopify!

I'm trying to move away from Zapiet as well as a ton of other programs but Shopify Local Delivery is not a good choice yet. 1. It is near impossible to find this app on the Shopify App store. 2. If you ever turn off delivery with this app still installed, it will no longer function until you remove and install it again. 3. You can't assign pickup orders that have already been placed to delivery if the customer changes their mind. 4. You can't create test orders to try functionality. 5. There is not a clear way for you to assign deliveries to a driver/not an associated app that drivers can use when delivering (fleet software). 6. The app will fail to load on iPhones when trying to view routes. 7. The app has very little information explaining the different functions and how to use it. For an app created by Shopify for Shopify, this was poorly done. We'll try it for a couple days and move back to Zapiet if it doesn't improve.

Exactly same experience as fellow user NEPTN. Functionality is good, however when users faces problem getting the address validated due to different users address format habit, it fails to appear and users can't check out.

Great idea. But functionality isn’t working for us: 1. Moscow Russia can’t verify location address 2. If clients don’t enter post code (sometimes they don’t know or put 11111), Local Delivery option won’t show up during ordering process 3. It would be much better if we could manually sort which orders go into local delivery... For this we would like to see ALL orders on map. And manually check which would go into Local Delivery so our courier would see it Can’t use the app as of now
