繁忙期にに導入しましたが、非常に便利です。問い合わせ担当が新入社員に任せており、問い合わせがパンク寸前でしたが、簡易的な発想やサイズ問い合わせなどを設定したところ、メール問い合わせが減りShopify Inboxに全て集約されたので非常に助かりました。

This is easy to set up and easy to use. Customers seem more likely to ask questions since we've been using the Shopify Inbox app. This means we can engage with them about their questions or concerns and they're more likely to purchase.

It´s pretty good. Maybe you can do something about customers who swear but other than that it is really good.

Super easy to navigate, answer customer questions and locate the order their inquiring about.

So far so good. Allows customers to voice questions or comments and we can respond very quickly.

Perfecto para preguntas rápidas ya hechas y que suelen preguntar mucho los clientes. Evitando gastar mucho tiempo en contestar a todas una sola persona. Puedes contestar cuando quieras y le avisan por correo electrónico. Todo genial de momento. Llevo 1 mes con la app y genial.

I really like this as an addon to my Shopify store. I wish I was able to edit and delete sent messages, however. Keep it up, Argiris

Works, well integrated with the shop easy to use, great for the customers as all the information is embedded within the platform, so you can see much of the consumer interactions and journeys.

I get my messages every time a customer contacts me. It's easy to set up, and I love how nice it looks. Thank you!

I love Shopify Inbox - it's a valuable tool for my business. I've turned many inquiries into sales because it's so instant.

I love the chat feature! It really helps to convert sales and I feel that it helps my customers to feel that they can trust that my tiny little business is legit and trustworthy and that it gives them confidence that they won't get scammed.

It's a great app! Mostly useful, does its job well! The only negative side of the app is that it does not let you customize most of their text. So, appart from the questions/answers (which you are free to edit as you please), the rest of the chat (title, disclaimer, etc) you have to stick to their translation, even if you want to switch to a more formal / less formal text (which many languages have, not everyone has a simple language like American English), you can't, it kind of ruins the experience if it does not match with the rest of the site's text style.
