It's more geared towards people who are already coders. There's no option to contact a customer with a specific email, which was the only reason we wanted to use Flow, so that's pretty disappointing.

The functionality is great and highly recommend it.

Has helped us tremendously. The template selection is extensive which saves time when setting up flows!

The perfect companion to automate those small but important tasks. It just works great every time, if there's an issue it'll let you know about it. Paired with sidekick you can view example output of your workflows before you run them and receive recommendations on improvements to variables.

It does most of the things for free that other paid apps are offering.

Shopify Flow is a powerful and practical tool once you get the hang of it. The automation features are useful. Once flows are properly set up, they trigger reliably and help save a lot of manual work.

It offers a wide range of possibilities and can cover very complex needs, but the technical setup is often difficult to manage or figure out, and support assistance is usually required.

Great basic functionality but unintuitive on most variables and workflow logic.

I need a FLOW that can tag MULTIPLE open/unfulfilled/partially fulfilled/not cancelled orders by the same customer - basically multiple un-shipped orders so I can easily ID them. Shopify AI and ChatGPT have not been able to successfully suggest a method. Seems absolutely ridiculous this isn't a template - TO SAVE SELLER AND BUYER MONEY! There are a few templates pretty close to that.
