Simple and easy. Not sure if it is working correctly though (all subscribers receiving emails) but that has to do with how we treat subscribers. Thanks for this free tool shopify!

I like the cool animated graphic but wish I could also customize the email a bit more with adding images of my own.

Really good app, as good as mailchimp in terms of usability whilst missing some key features liek the ability to adjust padding between elements and insert things like dividers between elements.

I used it to send an e mail to my subscribers. It is very easy to use. it offers customized templates.

Super easy to use and it can read the discount code you create and provide a template with it for most holidays. However, it could be better if it can create with coding or cooperate with Stripo email that offers thousands of beautiful templates for you to integrate with main email sender service tool.

Love how easy and fast it is to design an email and get it sent out! I also like that you can design one and then schedule one and send it out whenever!

The app is just very self explanatory. I also love how they have templates set for you where it makes it easier to put your emails together.

I liked it originally, but it seems to degrade over time. Now any link I include will not show up as blue and the receivers cannot link as I want. Also difficult with adding pictures. While I gladly pay the over 2500, I have exceeded that number and this may be the cause of my problems. Shopify so far has no answer to help me. Must I go to GMAIL in 500 sets each week's campaign?

So far I love it! Better than mailchimp and user friendly. Pre made templates you cant go wrong with this app.

I would strongly advice AGAINST using this app, especially if you're coming from another email marketing service. It lacks basic features and is unreliable. As a backstory - we do not require registrations on our website to place an order and sometimes people misspell their email addresses. This will result in hard/soft bounces from this app. If you reach the limit of 5% bounce rate (which if you have used another marketing service before and have a substantial subscriber base is almost guaranteed) the campaign will FAIL. What that means is that a small portion of the subscribers will receive the email and the rest will not. This happened to us and we only had 5000 subscribers of which just the first 950 emails were delivered. We contacted support and there was nothing they could or wanted do about it. That lead to lost revenue, because we expect 6-8% conversion rate from those emails. We can't even use our previous marketing service since the people who already got the email (those 950 subscribers) or their mail services are highly likely to mark it as spam now if we try to resend. So we're stuck in limbo and our holiday sale campaign (at least as long as email marketing is concerned) is ruined.

This app is a MUST HAVE! Periodt. By far the best platform for your business. I would highly recommend.

I can not tell you how happy I am with Shopify email! Everything is drag and drop, and the templates are perfect. I don't have the time or the head to design email layouts, Shopify email has made email marketing possible and beautiful with just a few tweaks and clicks! Thank you!

the most user friendly website i have ever come across. lots of resources for small businesses are available if you are looking to start small.

I used it to make some emails for my marketing and it was really easy and straightforward to use. it allowed me to customise everything from the logo of the email to the product images that i put in

My experience was great, I imported emails from Mailchimp with ease and was able to create a campaign, creating is such a breeze, easy to understand, very straight forward, not too much jargon, i love this app
