We just downloaded this app to our store and completed 1 email campaign. The templates are very professional. The setup process was very easy and seamless.

I used this app to send a email to let my subscribers know my online store is now live....it was super easy, the email was already drafted all I had to do was make changes where I needed and hit send.....thanks shopify!

I really want this app to work, it's much easier doing everything directly in Shopify. But it has let us down twice in a row, and each time has been disastrous. We rely on our newsletter heavily for new releases, when something doesn't work it affects our business significantly. The first time the whole newsletter that we'd spent days on just deleted itself right before we sent it out. The second time the product links in the newsletter didn't work because when we had created the newsletter the products were still in draft mode. When we made them active the link was broken and they took to the customer to a 'preview' mode. Email marketing is so important, if you are going to release a tool like this I think it needs to be more polished. Other advice for the app: - allow more configurations for product alignment - the more customisation the better, it's pretty simplistic atm - It only sends half of the emails at a time, meaning some customers don't get it until up to 24 hours later, when you have limited releases this frustrates people. - Would be great to be able to import your own fonts - As far as I can tell there is no way to not have a 'logo' at the header. Get rid of this function.

this app in my opinion deserve zero but 1 star for better pricing , but everything else is bad. I tried to like it but unfortunately Mailchimp and others offer way much better tools. I do wish Mailchimp didn't delete their app in Shopify. I know there is a tool to connect the Mailchimp account but still you will need to deal with the third party and encounter other issues. If Shopify Mail offer the following suggestions/wishes maybe I will give them a second shot and reevaluate this app: 1) Shopify Mail need more report Analytics tools like the ones in Mailchimp, I don't know who unsubscribed or the visitors count from each country and etc. 2) no bounce report, no report on a lot of things!!! 3) within the composer, there are no many to add on like where are the dividers? why can not control the footer? why not add HTML code like Mailchimp? and so on. Bottom line, this app need a lot to be done and they should since they made changes to their terms which lead maiclhimp leaving the platform. I do hope they add a lot of goodies until then, this app as the current state is very trash (sorry to say that).

I enjoy this apps ease for emailing a mass group of subscribers. I had been researching ways to do this with other apps and none come close.

I love it . It works wonder when trying to sell my products. I truly appreciate this being free with my store.

It would be more convenient, if I could copy and paste the template because its not easy to input all the information e.g. for the footer everytime I want to send a newsletter other than that its very useful.

It was very easy to use! I would definitely keep using it and recommend it to others as well. It allowed me to create different filters to send out emails to target different users.

I used this app to send a discount code to my subscribers. It was really straightforward and easy to set up. The only thing that would be helpful is to have some help text or something for image size recommendations (not sure if I just missed it somewhere). Overall, it was super quick to put together and helpful to have this option right in Shopify.
