I'm only subscribed to the base plan and when I encountered an obscure error, the Shogun support team was exceptionally responsive, helpful and attentive (especially Sweetan). I highly recommend this service for building your business - the customer service is unparalleled and the software is intuitive. 10/10 would recommend :)

We love it. We use it for our home page a several other pages and makes it easier.

It is quite a flexible CMS that is easy for a designer to learn. There are some bugs with fonts from time to time & content management (especially for updating text) is a bit tedious. Overall, it's a great app for Shopify to create good-looking pages or components for our website.

Super helpful customer service. Ive had a few issues with formatting, but they were very quick to assist and fix the issue.

I found out that I had a major issue with my site over the weekend (the links behind all of the images inside my Shogun pages were not working). So I reached out to Shogun via chat on a holiday Monday (Labor Day). They were quick to respond and said that they found no issue with their app on my site. A normal conversation with a normal app team would have ended here. But, Rhys at Shogun ACTUALLY cared about me and my Shopify store and making sure that my site was working. He dug in a little further and found another app that I had recently installed that was actually causing the issue. STILL not finished, he actually took screenshots of that other app's code and sent it to me to send to the other app developer to tell them exactly what to change to fix the issue. AND THEN he said that if the app developer if the app that actually caused the issue would not agree to text fixes or make any changes, that the Shogun development team would take over and do testing to make sure that all apps were working together. Holy cow! I cannot get over the customer service! Seriously legendary.

I purchased a Shogun plan to create sections to supplement my Shopify theme. I'm new to Shopify and Shogun. Their online support is superb. Someone named Rhys worked with me for half-an-hour, showing me how to create the masonry grid I was looking for. Great app, great service.

Support team is absolutely wonderful. They were quick to reply and offer solutions. If they couldn't figure something out they would reach back to see if I got the issue resolved. Love this team

This app has alot to offer. Unfortunately it was'nt for me, as i was looking for a free plan. I contacted their service team who answered all my answers. Sweetan Mankotia answered my queries and helped me make an informed decision.

I am very new to this app and so far it is really great. I had some questions and logged on to the "chat" function to seek assistance. I received a video demo as a response, fully explaining what needed to be done to fix my error. I was incredibly impressed with the service and this did in fact fix my issue. Thank you for your help and I look forward to using the app more as my business grows.

Beginner friendly page builder. had some minor issues first starting out. Later they made the interface way better and more clear. Couldn't wish for a better customer service, respond immediately and solved every problem I had!

I've been using this app for nearly a year now. It's an excellent app with excellent features and support. The only downside is that it's a little bit pricy.

We've had a great experience using Shogun. We built a beautiful homepage and landing page quickly and had great support from the customer service team. They helped us with any issues we ran into promptly and even jumped on a few video calls to take us through some training. Sweetan has assisted us a few times and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Their online tutorials and community posts are also a great help, thanks, guys!

Fantastic product, but even more important.. fantastic customer support! I wish they had live chat on the starter plan, but email support is really responsive.

This app has completely lifted my website! It is very versatile, with the option to chose from templates or to start a page design from scratch. I've been using it a couple of weeks and have comfortably figured out how it works. The support team is on hand to help via chat, and they are fantastic! Easy to reach and so helpful. I am so glad I chose Shogun.
