I emailed the helpline from Shogun with an issue I was struggling with and I received a very prompt reply from James who understood my issue and gave me a couple of different steps to be able to solve it right away.

Shogun has been the best solution I've found to adding new pages to my site without having to find a developer every time (my original Shopify dev ghosted me after 5 years). Whenever I've run into issues (mainly where I couldn't figure out how to do something), their customer service team is very helpful and quick to respond.

Having recently started using Shogun for the first time, my initial experience with their support left an outstanding impression. I encountered an issue, and upon reaching out, they responded promptly with a Loom video that not only addressed my concern but also provided a clear step-by-step guide to resolve it. If their support consistently delivers this level of assistance, I'm genuinely pleased to have chosen Shogun for my landing page needs.

Leah saved my day. I published a new theme and suddenly all our product pages layout got screwed. Leah was proactive in coming up with options to fix and helped me figure out even if it take more time and I asked her lot of questions. I can see that she wants to go find the right solution for me instead of just throwing in the first solution. Really appreciate her help today. This type of support is what is needed in other apps

Don't use this app. Find something else. The app worked fine until they moved all the standard features to only be available in higher plans. Image quality is an issue now on the main plan. They want you to jump from $39/month to $99/month. Embarassing for a SaaS company to act this way. I hope a lot of people cancel and move to more affordable competitors.

Support team is always on hand to help troubleshoot any challenges I have - most recently, Jill and Sweetan were able to help jig some code in my Shopify store that was causing an issue with how my Shogun Sections were displaying. It's refreshing to be able to chat to 'real people' who were prompt in their help!

Easy to use app, Free version i used was perfect for the one page i needed. Customer service was also excellent when i had an issue even know im on the free plan. Would recommend

I had some problem in using Shogun today, and I send the message to the help team in the chat box. I did not expect the guy called Sweedan provided me a very specific and clear solution to me. Being forced up upgrade to a $100 plan is ridiculous. I laterally just need to update 1 page but rather than pay the original $40, i'll be paying $0 and going someplace else.

The technician was very responsive and helped me solve the problem very quickly!
