2024 update: they redid their UX and stupidly removed the ability to send multi-box shipments. This was the whole reason to use SS. We will be taking our business elsewhere. They have always been full of bugs HORRENDOUS customer support and don't listen to customers. We hate using them. Will now find someone else. Anyone else would be better - try Shippo or Shipping Pirate - anyone else. +++++ Horrible. There is not tech support whatsoever except a terrible bot. This is a complicated platform.

I have saved so much money moving over to Shipstation. Their account managers have help me to save even more by helping to optimize my shipping processes. Its not just an app, its a whole team to support your business

Our company has been using Shipstation for over a year now. We started with very low volume but have grown quickly. The platform is flexible and easy to use, the rates are great, and the customer support has been tremendous. They listen and are eager to help. What more could you possibly need?

Customer service was really helpful and the tool is excellent in automating our daily shipping/fulfillment system.

Great app. It makes managing orders from multiple stores much easier. It may take some time to set up and learn but afterwards almost everything runs on autopilot. Customer support is "available" but frustrating as reps usually don't understand what you are asking and just send canned responses. Many times their chat bot does a better job. I also don't like how inventory is kept internally only and not synced with the marketplaces. Anyway, I would still recommend this app to any business that has more than 1 store and/or many orders to process daily.

There have been near-flawless interactions. It has cut down on shipping costs and errors. The only issue I have is with claims. They always need to be approved, which is complex and rare.

Frequent bugs, frequent unnecessary UI "upgrades", unbelievably painful claims process. Best to just stick with Shopify shipping. EDIT Dec 19, 2023 - After posting this review, ShipStation reached out and provided partial resolution. Revising to 3 stars. If all is resolved, will edit to 5 stars. EDIT May 30 2024 - Support continues to be supremely unhelpful and inefficient. Revising to one star, and back to exploring other options.

outrageous fee structure. stay away cause one youre locked in they will keep on taking advantage of customers

sticking with shipworks. this is royal pain in the butt to set up and pricey compared to shipworks. Been with shipworks for 15yrs but fulfillment wanted this. Fulfillment will have to change.

The assimilation between ShipStation and Shopify has been ideal! With our intricate system of rules, it's been nearly effortless to create exactly what we needed. Darren was assigned to us, and he is the BEST! Highly recommend!

Great tool for aggregating orders from multiple platforms. Great shipping rates. Customer service is responsive and helpful. You can use your own rates and their rates. We've been using the tool since 2017 with a lot of success. It has helped us scale from 10-25 shipments a day to 2,000 shipments a day.
