If you have a Stamps.com account, I recommend using Shipstation instead. It costs about $9.00 more a month, but it is cloud based (unlike having to download the Stamps.com program on your computer) and it also includes a Stamps.com account. I sync it to my store and download my orders into ShipStation. Once there I use the preset shipping options that I created for faster processing and I can batch my orders to print all at once. It keeps track of all orders processed and shipped and sends emails to customers with tracking information. You also get the best discounted rates with Shipstation. This system is a joke. Was told upgrading would help, and it removed all video tutorials. Went to chat, they're closed for a company wide meeting. Had promised to bulk ship all my orders to customers this weekend and the system is nothing but error messages about halfway through. Absolutely atrocious. Planning on cancelling my service immediately. Update #1: Stars upgraded. Videos are still available, just in an area I didn't know about. This falls on me, and me alone. David reached out to me quite quickly after normal return to business. After a short description of my experience so far, he got me setup to get some assistance through one of their shipping professionals. Will update later for an overall fair review.

ShipStation has been a lifesaver for us. As Ugmonk has grown over the years, we were getting buried in orders and having trouble keeping up on the fulfillment side of things. We've been using ShipStation for years and it's save us so much time. I love the automation and batch processing features. Also, works great for international orders and auto-fills the customs info. If you aren't using ShipStation, there's a good chance you are wasting quite a bit of time. Highly recommend for stores of any size.

What would Fringe Sport do without ShipStation? Probably ship a lot slower, at higher cost, and with more stress! Super Happy with Shipstation! Currently have it connected to handle my USPS shipments and get a nice discount on those labels. Also have my Printful account connected and it was easy to set-up rules in Shipstation so that I can still see all the orders while letting the print on demand stuff happen on the Printful side.

Horrible. We chose them ShipStation weeks before our launch and when ever we contacted them it was never their fault that the labels could not be printed . They blamed Shopify they blames Fedex....it was never there issue. To top it off when we launched after they assured us everything was fine....IT FAILED and no one was there to help. No Human -- No Chat. We called ShippingEASY got real people and they got us up and running in it all out in 1 phone call . Thank You SHIPPING EASY. GOOD BY SHIPSTATION

Initially was told this app would work for what we needed only to find out several hours of work later that it did not get rates. I had told them that I wanted to use this to replace a competing product and they never clarified that it would not work for that purpose. This is probably a good product but they didn't accurately explain what they offered when I asked up front.

I found the app worked okay and didn't have any problems, but in the end I didn't find the extra cost and added steps to be worth it. Perhaps my volume wasn't high enough to see the benefits but I found just using Shopify's system to carry out my orders and arrange shipping to be easier and cheaper. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

ShipStation makes our fulfilment a breeze! The interface is clear and simple, yet powerful. The automation features have really come in handy. It helps automatically enter shipping parameters like automatically bypassing local pickup orders, automatically configuring shipment signatures based on order value, or automatically loading settings based on order item presets. It has been super reliable, definitely would recommend.

We use ShipStation and the Shopify integraton for our store TogTees (www.togtees.com). Highly developed app that is really critically useful for us in our daily shipping needs. At this point, we are shipping hundreds of orders each month, and ShipStation helps us streamline, process, fulfill and a lot more. We couldn't survive without it! The only request we have for additional features right now is it would be nice to have some relatively advanced analytics within ShipStation regarding orders, most popular products, average shipping cost, average delivery times, etc. Just stuff to help us plan and develop strategy around shipping and customer service. Overall, great app and service - highly recommended!

I see I'm not the only one. The app isn't working. You cant do a "end of day". I FINALLY got a response from their customer service that suggested a use Chrome in stead of Safari... and it didn't change. You cant close off the shipments anymore, and its not an error on my end. Now they don't even respond. So if you have printed off 50 shipments, and cant even close off... its a complete waste of time. UPDATE: They finally fixed the problem, took a good week.... but its working now. They did apologize for not responding and they did fix the problem so that the app works for me now. UPDATE AGAIN: after a few days of working, the app isnt working again... and im getting ZERO response from their customer service team. Not even a basic "we are looking into it"... nothing. After printing dozens of labels, i now have to re-print them else where manually, and email each customer their new tracking. So much for a time saver!

As long as it works its ok Inventory control is not good you have to sell an item before you can add the warehouse location so if you have a lot of inventory items stay away If you happen to need support RUN FOR THE HILLS - Customer service just dont care

worth having and worth the money for sure. shipstation is the way to go.
