0 star, 0 star, 0 star, 0 star Extremely Disappointed with COD Charges Initially the COD charges were ranging between ₹70 to ₹90. However, over time, these charges have been inexplicably increased to ₹150, and now they’ve skyrocketed to ₹250! This pricing is absurd, especially for businesses like ours where the product price is ₹199. How are we supposed to sustain operations with such inflated charges? It makes no sense to pay more for COD than the product itself. This is not just inconvenient—it’s outright exploitative. Shiprocket’s practices feel unfair and lack transparency. Absolutely not worth even 0.1 stars. Disappointed beyond words. Dear Seller! This is not something we want to hear from our customers. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. This is the best shipping app available in India . Trust me i have used many shipping apps but this is the best tat there is. The best feature is their customer support. Go for premium plans as you get dedicated account managers and NDR support. Another great feature is NDR panel where you can track the not delivered shipments and you can give instructions to the couriers from the panel itself.

I told to Mr harsh, The overall experience is good with shiprocket, but just bad experience feel with claim team, They are just giving us only date not solution.

Easy integration. Dashboard is pretty convenient to use can easily understand within hours how to us and operate. Other things like Engage 360 does the job for any D2C owner. KAM assigned were pretty helpful as well.

After a year of use, I can say that Shiprocket is not appropriate for small businesses like mine. Every time I place an order for pickup, the courier partners always display weight inconsistencies/descrepencies and charge more than the actual delivery fee. It is very frustrating to call every time to their executive and ask for help. Even though I upload all the images of the shipment with length, width, and height measurements, they still show weight discrepancies either with dead weight or volumetric weight. Its very annoying and frustrating. I am completely dissatisfied with the service they are providing. Dear Seller! We are sorry to hear about your experience.
