sERVICE IS GOOD BUT WITH FEW PARTNERS LIKE EKART HAVE WORST EXPERIENCE. SHIPMENTS GET DELAYED AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT SHIPROCKET DOES

After integrating shiprocket with shopify our order processing is working very smoothly. This is a great service. It saves our time and energy. Very well-developed and easy to integrate. But the only problem is delaying pick up, will not prefer for urgent orders.

Worst service. Always delays in pickup. Courier agencies wont get proper pickup dates from shiprocket which leads to pick delays. Customer service is much worst. they wont listen exact contest and always responds with autoreplies. every shipment has to reachout customer care or help to get it picked.

Total useless support, they totally depend on their courier partners. They can take their own decision. If you Google this company you will come to know that they heavily change on the name of weight discrepancy and your wallet amount just finish. After that, you create tickets one after another, and they don't listen. Please don't take the services of Shiprocket you will regret it like me and other customers. It lacks feature where it automatically fills shipment AWB number in shopify once courier partner is selected.

They find ways to make money. 14500 rs weight disputes or less than 200 orders a month. That's how they treated us when we decided to stop using shiprocket & move to a new company

Some shipments are being processed good and delivered good but some are having issues though they’re trying to resolve this soon , resolving time is 10 days which is lot according to my opinion hope they resolve the issues soon

Recently they changed their system. They keep changing account manager without informing to their client and managers are also not giving proper answers and not solving courier issues on time. as there is no major courier third party in India, shiprocket is taking benefits of that, but shiprocket is one of the worst business partner company due to their employees
