The team at LogBase has been integral in the process of customizing our online shop to accommodate setting up custom shipping, delivery and local pickup scheduling and rates for our complex item library. Rajkumar has provided support every step of the way to make sure that the app is working to our liking, and never hesitates to jump on a call to address any changes that need to be made. They have gone beyond the call of duty to make sure our UX is seamless from item page to cart to checkout! We are so grateful for all they have done for us! Highly recommend!

Shipeasy has really made my shipping setup so much easier and given me a much better overview over the shipping zones I need to manage. I have used this app for some time now and I'm very happy with how it works. I recently encountered a slight problem, so I contacted the support team and Siva was quick to reply to me and offer a solution over a Zoom call. The team worked quickly to make the setup more efficient and Siva made sure all scenarios would be covered by the settings. I'm very glad to be able to use this app and can only recommend it to anyone!

Amazing. Does what its says, well priced and great support. If you're a UK shop that required Scottish Highland separate rates then this is the app.

Updated: 28.03.2022 The app is great and meets my needs. Wanted for a long time to set up zip-code oriented rates and considering complexity of my store (3 types of clients and different shipping rates and types of delivery) was not an easy task. I would not be able to set it up myself, but help of Siva from Shipeasy was very good and professional and managed to do the set up in a very short period of time. I recommend highly this app . 31.03.2022 - had an issue on the conlfict with multiple shipping profiles - with great support from Kumar and Siva the issue was solved in 30 min Best service ever.

Installed this app to setup additional local shipping options and had a few problems. The support from Logbase was superb though. They pretty much instantly setup a zoom call and started testing the site. The issue was sent to higher level support with an hour and all fixed within 2 hours. Great app and support

Excellent customer service, their responses were very quick and thorough. What I thought would be a complicated task to create a shipping calculator with so many variables ended up being very easy. I would highly recommend.

Very very great support ; the best so far. Siva is very helpful, sympathetic, understanding and patient. The app is working well and hopefully for us because it's very limited in Shopify.

I am very happy with the app. I highly recommend it! I had difficulties to make and combine the scenarios alone but the support spend many hours with me helping me set up correctly everything.

Customer Service is really good! Unfortunately we also needed them since some parts of the app are not completely logic in my opinion. However, if you get stuck, they take their time and help you out. Recommend!

Amazing app for difficult shipping scenarios. Very flexible and amazing support via Chat and Zoom. They really help you to find solutions for you (e.g. 0 € shipping costs for Click & Collect, no double charge for multi location shipping etc.). Highly recommended!
