I have had a great experience so far. Only issue is not getting clarity on how to upload my seller certificate. Have had an open ticket for weeks. Thank you for sharing your experience! I Love the ShineOn Shopify App and the team, integration with Shopify is pretty smooth, it is a pity that Etsy decided to stop their integration, but other than that.
