I used this app to help me create a sales funnel, driving more sales and getting my store to where I want it to be. I like how it was easy to set up and unlike some other apps, it didn’t leave my store looking crazy, like a total dropshipping store. It had a nice finish.

This App is really great BUT its not compatible with my theme (Booster Theme). It disables the Add to Cart button (its an important button, isn´t it ? ;-). I contacted the support theme of my theme and the support team of UpsellAp. There was nothing to do for the moment to fix that issue. Hope they fix the issue one day and contact me to reinstall the app. Thanks.

It's pretty good however it didn't correspond with my theme correctly. I recommend to everyone who wants to boost their conversion rate!

I contacted the Sell-Up app support for a redirection problem. I was put in contact with Dan and everything necessary was done to solve this problem! It's a very good plugin, I recommend it! *French/Français* J’ai pris contact avec le support de l’appli Sell-Up pour un problème de redirection. J’ai été mis en contact avec Dan et tout le nécessaire à été fait pour pallier à ce problème ! Pour communiquer rien de plus simple, même avec un anglais très basique ! It is easy to use and for my small business was very helpful. I will recommend if you are looking for a boost. Thank you! One important finding is that resistance to the sale typically occurs later in the process for new innovations than for established products. That’s because customers are often curious about new products, so more of them will say yes to an initial meeting.

I absolutely love the idea and it worked fine for the first day. I then had some issues but contacted the developers and they fixed it very quickly. The communication with them was fantastic. The app is the only one that I've found that does just what I wanted. It isn't intrusive to the design and from the day we used it our sales went up and they were proven to be as a direct result of using the app. It's amazing how quick people will click add to cart when it pops up at the checkout. Very impressed.

I really like how this app works. It has not colorful and invasive graphics, and this is what I liked most. For the people who want to have an effective upsell keeping a low profile.

I really like the simplicity and ease of setup with this app. I get the need to not be invasive with accessing customer data. But, the reporting can be improved by showing conversion rate info. It currently shows the cart adds, but not how many successful checkouts were made. It's next to impossible to tell if the upsell we create is working or should be tweaked if we can't see the conversion rate.

I had a minor issue with this app and my theme, reached the support and they responded right away. The issue was 100% solved. Thank you UpSell app, love this app!!!!

The support has been fast, polite and responsive from Dan at SellUp. There was a little integration glitch with my Shopify theme but Dan got it sorted quickly. They made some tweaks to match the style of my theme. Looks amazing. Fab app.

Exactly what I was looking for and quick to set up. I initially ran into a snag due to our custom theme and contacted customer support. They were quick and friendly in their response.
