I found it easy to use for a beginner like me, the tips are helpful and practical, and templates were quite handy to use.

I have just installed the app and had few tech queries which the chat was partially able to explain however difficult to understand on a chat. The chat than offered me to set up a call with their designer Katherine which happened the next day and she run me through all my queries in detail which was amazing. I feel more comfortable now to create my first newsletter - the system is easy enough to use but you do need some helpful tricks from an expert. So it would be amazing, for people like me, to have a detailed video on what is possible to do with the newsletter and how to use it. Even if the video is 45mins order 1.5 hours people like me will watch it and appreciate it. If someone needs a bit of a step by step guide the call with Katherine was amazing, she was so friendly and understanding and explained everything really well. I did not get this personalised service from any other Shopify app so I am really glad I came across Seguno for my Email marketing for my online store. Personalized service is still important even for an eCom business, so this is really valuable how Seguno set up their service. Thank you!

The Customer Service has always been extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their product and have always been able to answer to my questions. The app has been easy to use and it provides the necessary functions needed to start a successful email marketing campaign. The Automation function is great and most useful for my email marketing initiatives.

I've had the app installed for a little over a week and have used it to send a newsletter. I like how easy it is to customize the templates to maintain consistency with my brand. Automations such as remail, review request and abandoned cart messages are easy to set up. Seguno's Customer Service team is exceptional. They quickly answered all questions and also provided helpful suggestions. Add the app NOW!

I really love how this app is designed. There always seems to be a learning process with these apps but Seguno works just like everything else in Shopify which makes is super easy. Very glad we found it.

I am really happy to have found Seguno. I've tried various apps and none of them were what I needed. I love that it is simple to use and that it is integrated into Shopify, so I don't have to leave it. Besides, the Canva integration is fantastic. I think that's the best feature!

I find this app really easy to use and it has a lot of great features. Also, when I cannot find what I'm looking for, support is right there to help me. They are quick to respond and give additional information to get me where I want to be. I also love the fact that their charge starts out low and is super affordable. You only pay more as your subscriber base grows.

I installed Seguno for the automations- and to my delight, it has helped me to make my Newsletters so much better. The monthly emails and tutorials that Kestrel makes are informative and I look forward to receiving them.

I am using this app to reach out to new visitors to my site to convert them into purchasers. Cameron was a life saver for me! I was very frustrated trying to do a simple task with one little glitch that was hanging me up. He jumped in and took care of it for me. I really appreciate the degree of detail and help the chat room assistance offers!!!

I'm using this app to send new letters to my customers and I think is a good apps with a good monthly fee! I had a problem ( my mistake ) and the customer service supported untill we resolve the situation .... Thanks a lot! you have a very good customer support!

I really love the amount of support that I get! From e-mails to little webinars to the ability to reach out to customer support at any time makes it easy to up my newsletter game. Your templates are beautiful, relevant, and affordable. And integration with the professional design tools of Canva makes it even easier to stand out in a world where everything is filtered into a marketing folder.

Although this application is one of the best sending mails But they ruined it by very bad and late reply from customer support ( if they replied ) and no forums to capture leads and I am not willing to pay money for just emails which is free on shopify

I’ve been using Seguno for over a year now and it works great. The templates and automations are abundant and intuitive. I just wish they would add SMS marketing as an add-on option because I would definitely sign up.

Easy to install, easy to use, love the templates, love the other app integrations, excellent customer service. If you know how to use Canva you're going to love using Seguno. If you think Klaviyo is too complicated, you're gong to love Seguno.

Excellent customer support: fast, polite and very proactive. Has lots of templates, tutorials & tips. It would be good to be able to open full screen the app as at times is a little hard to work on the small interface. Other than that, it leaves within your shopify, which makes all the linking to products a breeze. Thank you guys!

I used Seguno to help do Marketing Automation. I really like how it does easily with many templates. And also, their mail magazine is good for me to comprehend e-mail marketing.

After watching the shopify growth lab video and incorporating some of the suggestions a new email for back to school /Autumn sales offer was sent to my email subscribers.
