The BEST e-mail marketing app that i've tried - and i already tried a few of them. its incredibly easy and functional, thank you for creating this!!!

I really love the amount of support that I get! From e-mails to little webinars to the ability to reach out to customer support at any time makes it easy to up my newsletter game. Your templates are beautiful, relevant, and affordable. And integration with the professional design tools of Canva makes it even easier to stand out in a world where everything is filtered into a marketing folder.

Although this application is one of the best sending mails But they ruined it by very bad and late reply from customer support ( if they replied ) and no forums to capture leads and I am not willing to pay money for just emails which is free on shopify

I’ve been using Seguno for over a year now and it works great. The templates and automations are abundant and intuitive. I just wish they would add SMS marketing as an add-on option because I would definitely sign up.

Seguno is the best Email Marketing system I have ever used PERIOD. It smokes the competition. Do it!

Easy to install, easy to use, love the templates, love the other app integrations, excellent customer service. If you know how to use Canva you're going to love using Seguno. If you think Klaviyo is too complicated, you're gong to love Seguno.

Excellent customer support: fast, polite and very proactive. Has lots of templates, tutorials & tips. It would be good to be able to open full screen the app as at times is a little hard to work on the small interface. Other than that, it leaves within your shopify, which makes all the linking to products a breeze. Thank you guys!

I used Seguno to help do Marketing Automation. I really like how it does easily with many templates. And also, their mail magazine is good for me to comprehend e-mail marketing.

After watching the shopify growth lab video and incorporating some of the suggestions a new email for back to school /Autumn sales offer was sent to my email subscribers. I installed the application, paid the money and have been waiting for a day for the support service to approve it. Without this, the application does not work !!!! The support service does not answer for 24 hours !!! Maybe they'll react to this review or I'll uninstall the app now!

I like the automations system and their webinar with Shopify, very useful. It comes a bit pricey when your customer database increase but their customer service is second to none !! Amazing personalised calls and advices. I recommend highly!

I am still in the learning phase as I have only had the app for as few weeks. I am quite impressed by the features, as it will do most of what I am looking for. What really stands out for me is the amount of training and support the app offers. Kestral and her team are amazing for their training videos and I now realize how little I know...for now. Also, chat and email support has been great and answered all of my questions, which were many. I would highly recommend this app, especially for newbies like me who need a lot of hand holding.

Tried Seguno for free for a few months as well as a few other email marketing apps but just upgraded to get access to more subscribers once my business grew. Their platform suits my business needs! Easy to navigate, great automation features and their customer service is very responsive (thanks Cameron!). I like that they integrate well with my other Shopify apps too.

I was a bit intimidated at first with the app, but after doing their webinars and the great tutorials offered, it's a great asset. Although I am just in the beginning stages, I look forward to learning more. They offer great advice on marketing strategies that I would not have known about otherwise. I would highly recommend Seguno.

I signed up for the free trial less than 24 hours ago and already have 3 automations active! It is extremely easy to use, as most of it is done for you, and you only have to customize it to suit your brand/style. I also love that my questions were all answered right there in set-up.

Great app, even the free version makes it super easy to send out emails. It's proven to help drive more traffic to the store and I'm considering getting the paid version.
