We use Kover for our formalwear (which is on average $400). Due to the delicate nature of our garments, we haven't traditionally been able to offer returns, but with Kover it's become so easy! A large percentage of our formalwear customers choose to add it on - it gives both parties more peace of mind. Highly recommend trying it out for your store! The Kover team is also very responsive when we have feedback!

Kover is totally kick ass! My sales have seen a definite increase since the Return Assurance was added. I love not having to deal with returns anymore. My customers love the flexibility that comes with opting into the Return Assurance as they don’t feel like they are stuck with purchases that would otherwise be non-returnable. Kover goes into my backend and handles the tech aspect of everything which is something I really need assistance with and that helps tremendously. Plus having this service costs me $0. It’s a win-win all around.

I can't say enough good things about this app and team behind it. The app helps break down the barrier between customers and brands by allowing customers to feel more confident with their purchases knowing they can return and brands less risk knowing they do not have to be responsible for the shipping plus full refunds. The Kover team is so easy to work with and made the entire on boarding process seamless. It's a MUST for small businesses and brands looking to grow and move product!

This a great app because it gives the business the ability to refund customers without losing any money. The customer has the option to pay for insurance that will "Kover" the cost of the product for the retailer while allowing the customer to get their money back.

Not offering returns has been a sticking point for my business since I launched five years ago. As a small, made-to-order business it was never a possibility. Until Kover found me. Kover has been a dream come true so far. A thoughtful, professional team, super seamless and easy integration (was done within an hour with no coding required by me!), and a great solution for one of my most pressing needs. This return assurance program is brilliant and the team that helps you to onboard is super responsive and helpful. Not only does this help us manage returns on final sale items it also helps give our customers an extra peace of mind when ordering final sale items online. It is a no brainer to have this service in place for your customers giving them an option to insure their purchases and protecting your brand reputation.

Increasing online orders also increased number of returns. I have been looking for a solution that could reduce financial impact to from increased number of returns. And Kover's return assurance is the best (and probably the only) solution. Adding the return assurance to our service brought huge additional benefits to our customer service. With this service, it enables customer service team to be much friendlier, since they can happily take the returns. Even if the customer didn't purchase return assurance, customer service team will have friendlier talk point, such as by saying “I will make exception for return this time, but for next time, you should purchase return assurance”. Kover team is extremely responsive, professional, and very pleasant to work with.

I’ve done many different onboarding processes with different apps, and I have to say this is one of the most straightforward and smooth onboarding processes. You guys are killing it!
