Said "free trial" but once I installed it, my account was suspended and said I wasn't eligible. Won't be recommending or using this based on this immediate negative experience.

Flawless use of the app for years and the customer support is excellent in helping customize a few things. Seamlessly integrates with a few of our other apps as well, so highly recommend.

Super Great. Support was amazing and fulfilling with our business custom needs both technically and visually. Overall it made our integration process so much easier and smooth. Would recommend them again and again. Application itself is made simple to understand, does all the basics as it should. Also found some great add-on functionalities within the tool such as AI, merchandise Promo, analytics and reports.

For over 5 years we have leaned on Searchanise for search and filter. The app gives us full control of collection specific filters which is important to us. Although it is rare that we have issues, when we do their support team is flexible and responsive and has exceeded my expectations. There might be less expensive options out there. I doubt they are worth it (and I am not looking).

We use this app for our site's search features as well as filters on collection pages. It works incredibly well, very easy to set up and integrate with your theme. So many customisation options to adjust it exactly how you like it! We had quite a bit of custom code we wanted to adjust the product grids and their customer service was extremely helpful, fast, and efficient. Thanks to Sophia and Maria they were so helpful!

We're launching our new website on Shopify. We decided this search app because all of the features that it came with and worked it for our extensive catalog size. This was a recommendation from our developers. I've reached out to the app support various times in the past month, and they have been super effective and helpful at getting the app working with our theme features. Everyone I have spoken with through email has been super quick and transparent. The app lends itself to be very customizable. We were able to get the search results page to match with our theme and integrated into our collections pages. Thanks Ksenya & Maria!

I have paid for a year and can't use the app as there are so many issues between Searchanise Collection/Search Pages and BolideAI/Searchanise Upsell. Since you moved the upsell to BolideAI the service has been terrible, doesn't reintegrate just shows errors every few days when it tries and the customization for both should be easier to match the theme so that both apps visuals show the same look throughout the website and it matches throughout the website.
