It has powerful features and customization options, and if something different is required, Searchanise customer support implement custom features at the lightning speed.

I recently came across the search app for products and I must say, it has completely changed my shopping experience. This app is a game-changer for anyone who loves to shop online.

This app is awesome! Does exactly what it says it does. Lots of functionality and super easy to work with. I haven't experienced any quirks at all.

The app is working well, it has a fairly easy interface and the app support was great - we had some design "issues" and Madina from Support Team was very helpful with configuring the app to our needs.

**UPDATE*** Second critical outage during a month end promotion. All our collections are broken at the moment. Cannot access the admin to contact support. Major ad spending and promotions driving people to the store and they cannot view collections. This is unacceptable and damaging to our business.

AVOID! Unsatisfactory experience. The quality of this app has significantly declined. Over the last four months, it has experienced downtime on four separate occasions, totaling approximately 24 hours. During these periods, access to collection pages is impossible, effectively halting any sales. Regrettably, there has been no communication from the service team in the form of updates or apologies during these downtimes. I would advise against relying on this app for your site, as its inconsistent performance and lack of support could lead to considerable financial losses. It's best to steer clear. It's overall a good app, but it has no defense against internal site search spam. We used to do merchandising through the app, like redirecting some terms, adding synonyms for common misspellings, etc. That was doable with 5-50 searches a day. The analytics were great for identifying opportunities to improve. However, a few months ago, we started getting 2,000-7,000 searches per day, virtually all automated internal site search spam. This made the analytics useless, and we've been unable to find any solution to block these visits. Shopify is unable to help, apps that block visitors do not help, and Searchanise has no spam defenses at all. At this point, the app is still good as a search app, but we're unable to keep refining it, so we'll likely be moving on from this app to something not so easily exploitable.

The app takes some time to learn, although the support is very responsive so the process is really easy A lot of customizable options to provide great search for store visitors. The app is simple to use. Super easy to install. At first, just like any new app it may seem intense, but the app allows you to select and configure all the settings you will need to run a great search tool on your site. I moved away from this app and chose another competitor and regretted it immediately. The flexibility and capabilities of this app speaks for itself! Love the way it simply indexes your store products and catalogs. I use this app frequently and update my settings every week to improve my stores search feature. The support staff is another reason why I switched back. Their support team is on it, and they usually get things resolved on the first try. Love this app and would recommend it to anyone! I would love it if they added a design feature for the search bar but I understand why that's not a priority feature at the moment.

Update...we have now been using this product for at least 6 months. I must say, we are finding it priceless. Without this app, most of our customers would never find what they are looking for among our vast selection. Great APP!!! We have been testing this app over the past 7-10 days or so and I must admit that it seems to be one of the best ones out there. There is a lot of functionality and ways to tweak what comes up in search. We have A LOT of products in our store, so it is really important that customers can find what they are looking for quickly. I will keep you posted, but so far, so great!
