I love this app. There's a bit of a learning curve because it does so much. I don't think we've utilized all of its features, but the filters and search assists have been invaluable for our customers.

I like this app, it looks nice and works well. Sergey from the support team helped with with some initial hiccups by changing some things in the code. Service was fast and helpful. Note: it is quite complicated to set up, as there are a ton of settings you need to set up... but be patient or ask the app producers for help, and in the end you will be happy!

Very powerful and customizable app. We have been able to configure it to do exactly what we need and more. And support has been timely and spot on when it came to issues I could not quickly figure out on my own. Worth 2-5X the price they are charging. I highly recommend them.

Searchanise is great. Does exactly what is says and does it well with just the right about customization to make it easy to use. If that isn't enough, the support team is always responsive and always ready to help!

As far as Shopify apps go, this is a good one. They have especially fast and helpful customer support, as well. There's room for improvement, but this is definitely in the upper echelon of apps.

I'm not sure why only one product shows up as available for every product, have emailed videos to get help, but no one has actually looked into the issue or helped me figure it out so it is usable

I have just begun using the App but am impressed with how robust it is. The technical support for the App is terrific -- helped me re-color code my Search Results page and were very efficient. I think this will be a good addition to our website.

This app is absolutely awesome. Extremely easy to set up, and actually takes something simple like a 'search' bar and makes it really slick and extremely intuitive. And the support is top notch too.

Seems to be a nice app. Support very responsive as well. The only thing I wish is that it was easier to control the upsell and cross sell items shown. You can set it manually or have it algorithm-based. But I haven't yet found a way to easily set different complimentary products for each main product (like butter with bread). If you use the auto feature, they say it uses data from sales in the past 60 days which seems to work well, but for new products or products that don't sell often (maybe you are like us where we sell a lot to distributors and not a ton directly on the site), 60 days isn't a long time. I would pay for pro in a heartbeat if it meant more customization over upsell and crosssell.

This app goes beyond smart search. Its upsell and cross sell has helped my business grow. I'm so excited to offer more to my customers! Also, the customer service from their team is prompt and amazing! They are such a great help to meet the needs of my store. You definitely need this app!

App has broken on our live website, very slow response time via email. No live chat service. Very disappointed, as the app had been performing really well. No live support and huge loss in revenue from our website not showing any products

I needed some modifications because of the template I'm using, customer service is great! I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Poor customer service and support. the products doesn't work with two languages even it is integrated with langify.

Really useful app! After trying out a lot of them, I was finally recommended to Searchanise. I use gem pages and it was an easy integration. Support and customer service is also top-notch.

We've got nearly 10,000 products on the site. We've tried several search and filter apps - all had severe speed issues because of our catalog size, or lacked important options for customizing appearance. This app is lightning quick, has all the bells and whistles to make it just so for our store and doesn't cost the world with a large catalog. Definitely recommend!

it's the best app for search I've tried in Shopify and I've tried many! It has the easiest way to setup filters for collections and it's easy to setup in general

It fully meets all of our business's needs. A great many of the names of our products have different spelling, e.g. gage vs gauge, micrometer vs micrometre, caliper vs calliper, pilot pin vs eject pin, etc. We can simply connect those different spellings.

Just completed our trial with this terrific App for search and couldn't be happier. It is intuitive for our customers and the best thing is - our customers are USING it to shop and select products to purchase. Even the back-end reporting is cool. Highly recommend - and, it's a great value for a small store like ours (less than 500 SKUs)!!

Very happy with this app. Used for over a year! They are also very quick to respond when I have questions.
