Great product. Period. It's a must have. Don't even look at any other search app. They helped me with some super minor UI clashes when I installed. I upgraded a couple days later. Its the only app I use that truly deserves 5 stars for their product.

The app works perfectly and support is great and prompt- I had an issue with the search result page not being full width on my theme and Alexey from Searchanise sorted it out within a day.

Great support! After I installed the app, I found an issue with the cart not updating properly but the searchanise team were wonderful and fixed the issue so that the app worked flawlessly with my theme. Really appreciated going the extra mile.

I had to remove app, after using it for some months: these the following problem I faced : 1) After different tests appear clear that app slow down the home page lot... I’d say 10 points on page speed 2) integrating it with loox review had the nice results to show stars on grid products but broken all the liquid.collection or something like that. The products on grid lost the “add to chart option” and couldn’t find anymore the panel to change the setup collection page. 3) I made so many different tests with different themes in the end when I removed the app, products not showing anymore in my original theme in collections but as single products yes. In my new theme instead they were showing not as they had to do, but in the way of my old theme loosing their look and the add to cart option . In the end no way I “lost” my original theme ( Shopify partner asked me 1400 euro to fix it...) and in new theme I didn’t install it anymore (even th I have it paied til may 2021).

I used this app for search result, collection sorting, upsell and cross sell. It's really great. Search result on collection with reviews and reviews NO. shows help us a lot. Customer service help us solve code problem. Thanks.

We've tested several search apps and found that this app's functionality, speed and accuracy are outstanding. The technical support is also very reliable. It is "Must have" app for all stores.

We have been using instant search till now, this app is a fraction of the price and runs better than the instant search app, there was a couple of niggles with how this app displayed, got in touch with customer service and this has been sorted. We have also seen our google page speed go up 5 points since swapping from the other search app, so real quick, it now controls our collections, so its well made, good customer service and great value for money. If you need a search app this is the one to go for.

This app is amazing and the fields which are in it for searching are also very helpful for the users to search. Support is also very helpful! My suggestion is to add a quantity selector on the search page.

The app itself seems nice and the functionalities are well thought of. Good job on the developers side. However, the customer service is absolutely embarassing. I asked two questions about bugs that were happening after the installations, the next day I received an answer that was just telling me to check again. I have never received an answer from support that showed so much desinterest, especially with a new potential customer. Shame on calling that an actualy support. If this is what you get during trial period, what on earth would it be like when you already are paying?

This app is has a great analytics features and best app features for your shop's searches. The support team is also great at making your requests happen for as long as it is included in their feature. They help you set-up the needed tools to fit your current theme. If you're looking for ways to up-sell, cross-sell, fix your searches and search results, this is the app you need. I hope that in the future version of the app, the quick view button and the add to cart button can be used simultaneously.

Forget any other apps guys. Fully integrated with Judg.me, Wholesale helper, easy to configure, amazing search page results and top end CS to help to tweak even more the integration. My favourites features : possibility to exclude products/tags/collections etc from the results , possibility to always show products (new products for example) and to associate products (ie: if search Mickey show Minnie). The price is very affordable considering all the customisation you can perform by yourself. I am using this app on all my clients website so should you ! Amazing job guys.

I give 6 STARS, not 5 ! I'm VBA dev, not CSS or HTML. The dev support of SEARCHANISE, Andrew and others, take care about my needs, and help me very shortly at all stage to reach my design and goals. It's done, then I give I repeat 6 STARS !

The app doesn't function properly, a lot of problems happening, some products in the store are not even shown in the search result page (looks like the product doesn't exist in the store, this is the worst part). When I contacted them, experienced a very slow response, very disappointed. I have paid for the yearly plan, now stuck in it, it ruined my store. I demand a full refund immediately, please.

I love this app. There's a bit of a learning curve because it does so much. I don't think we've utilized all of its features, but the filters and search assists have been invaluable for our customers.
