This app was super easy to set up and it blends well into my websites interface! Very happy that there is a free version as I am just testing out the subscription model

Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about - I'm on the free plan and it works perfectly. So easy to use and adapts to the look of my Impulse theme automatically. Had one issue where the javascript on my theme was creating a bug but Henry had it fixed within 24 hours. So appreciate the responsive support. Highly recommend for your subscription needs! Also - if you use the tip/donation function built into Shopify the app knows to not make the tip/donation part of the recurring amount.

The free version is completely useless. I don't know why they even bother offering it. Every single feature of any use is not included. Waste of time. Here is an example: Product selection type you have two options: Apply only to specific products (select them below) this is locked and says you have to upgrade to use this Apply this rule to all products in the shop Select if you want to show the subscription widget only on specific products OR on all products in your shop. When you choose this option it puts you in the shopping cart to upgrade. There is no other choice for "free" users.

The app is very easy to use! Support team member Henry was very helpful in getting my issue resolved too!

THIS REVIEW IS RATED 1 STAR ONLY FOR ATTENTION! Hello, I'd love a response to my review because there is no dedicated support team or live chat agents. And I sent an email but didn't get a response. The app is amazing that it has a free plan and all, very nice features but I have 3 problems. (1) I can't customize the color, size, and appearance of the "Subscriptions" button on the customer's account. (2) I can't customize the size and appearance of the widget in the product page. For example, I would like to change the border radius to make the edges a little bit rounded, because the subscribe section has very sharp edges, while others buttons on my theme have a little rounded feel. (3) I get an error message when I try to automatically install code to my cart page. I have no idea why. All I want is for the customer to see that they selected a recurring charge or subscription, but it doesn't. Now when the customer chooses to subscribe and goes to the cart, they don't see that they have chose a subscription plan. So 3 problems, this app tight now deserves 2-3 stars. Because support system is also weak. I will edit the review after my case has been solved! UPDATE: Hey everyone, it’s literally the best app out there. Wish i could tip! Henry got back to me shortly after and resolved all my issues in less than 24hrs. Turns out that they have a support system but i get i was just impatient. Great App!!

User friendly. Quick response from customer support/tech support and changes within one day that helped us customize the app to our website.

The app works as described and at a much fairer price than the other subscription apps on Shopify. If you run into any issues be sure to check the FAQ (https://www.sealsubscriptions.com/articles/frequently-asked-questions) as it covers a lot of common problems that I ran into getting the app to work like I wanted. Also, I had an issue adding links into the subscription description and the developers contacted me and fixed the problem within 24 hours, and I'm a free user!
