This is a really great app. The conditional logic is essential for our delivery service and has made the ordering process (and our site administration) much simpler and cleaner. Really glad to have found Product Options and Bold Apps.

This product is super easy to use and drastically reduced the number of variants we were previously using on our site. We are running the premium edition. We started the install on our own but is turned out a bit difficult to complete so we asked for support to help. The install was competed in less than 24 hours. Thanks a lot guys!

Product Options is great. It allowed me the flexibility of managing colors and other options without creating product variants which complicated my inventory management.

We offer a complicated product that is highly customizable. This Product Options app is a great option for us as we look to move away from what has historically been a custom software solution for us. Product Options essentially allows us to create the sophisticated 'configurator' we need with mutually exclusive options. I'm really excited about this app. I'm also thinking that the Bold Apps Product Builder app might be the next evolution for another website of ours as we move to Shopify. It looks like Product Builder is adds even more layers of sophistication to the Product Options app. I highly recommend Product Options for anyone who is trying to offer their customers a clean, high-end and functional way to customize products while shopping. Great app!!

Great product for adding multiple options to a product. I like the idea that I can just update my product option field, and it will automatically update my existing products (without having to make 100's of variants). The File Upload feature is a bonus. Recommend having BOLD take care of the Liquid Editing...they are quick and thorough.

Quick and Easy to use. If you need to do bulk changes for a large SKU I highly recommend this app. You can easily create product relationships, there is no technical skills needed, you will be up and running fast. Love it! -karTrip.com

This is a great little app. Easy to setup, use and keep updated. It's really a must have if you have any type of non-standard retail product that requires customization beyond just color, size, etc.

This app is the best and only app we can found which allowed us to achieve the custom pricing for product. Its very well documented and very easy to use. It comes at a very affordable price. we would use it all our future sites as well as recommend it to all.

All of the BOLD apps are amazing. This one in particular is ESSENTIAL for any store requiring anything less than the most modest level of customization. I will definitely be recommending this app to everyone I know using Shopify!

Can't fault it! Does everything it says in description and easy to use!

We installed and tried many different apps that used product variants or options to try and list our Polaris, Ski-Doo, Arctic Cat and Yamaha sled wraps the way we wanted them to display. They all had some sort of missing feature that our listings required so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a robust and flexible platform to provide our customers with an intuitive and "idiot proof" way for them to select the sled wrap package that best suits their needs. After installation and setting up options there were a few issues with the logic and pricing not displaying properly but Bold Support was able to resolve most of the issues we came across in a relatively prompt manner. We've found the customer support to be top notch and only hampered by Bold perhaps being a bit too ambitious and launching too many new apps at the same time without having the proper amount of staff to deal with the influx of bug and logic issues that are bound to rear their heads during the launch phase. A staggered launch of new apps would probably go a long way to avoiding this as it affected turnaround times on support tickets across all their apps and not just the launching apps. That being said we have numerous Bold apps installed on our store "Product Options", "Product Discounts" and "Custom Products" and have found them to be cost effective options to bring substantial functionality upgrades to our site.

This app is a great solution if you are offering custom products or items with a lot of custom options. Highly recommended!

Using the premium version of this app. Pros: Adds a whole level of functionality that I was surprised to find unsupported natively by Shopify. It does exactly as advertised, and that's a very powerful thing. Cons: To me, Premium seems to be the only reason to use this app, and that's hidden behind another 9.99/mo upgrade. It's a pain to get it up and running, but that is more of a Shopify sjhortcoming. Once this app is going, it works. Unfortunately, the logic doesn't seem to allow for one form item to require a second form item.

If this app was a person, I believe she would be one I'd like to meet.

Fast customer service when we had a question! Love what this app lets me do too!

My client has a huge variety of options and some required a price increase. Product Options filled the bill and when I got stuck, BoldApps support was repot on with assistance. Really appreciate the help and love the app. Very, very useful!

This is perfect! I tried some of the other apps but they just don't match this one. Can't wait to start trying your other apps.

This is a great product if you have a lot of products with different options. I upgraded to the premium so that my options can have different prices which really helps a lot. I also love the conditional logic!

We have been struggling for 12 years with fairly complicated product options on our websites. "Product Options" by BOLD is the only reason with are currently in the process of migrating our sites to Shopify. This app does exactly what it say it would do and it does it flawlessly. Again, we have been offering items with "product options" for many years and we strongly recommend this app. Get BOLD :-)

Just an update: I upgraded to the premium service when it came out a few weeks ago,,, and I'm in love. The ability to list several price options for one item, and have them link back to something in my shop, is exactly what I would have asked for on my app wish list. I spent a good week searching providers, and using free trials. For my products, I needed the detailed customer input section. No other provider seemed to have that, they all wanted me to have a "send me an email after you purchase with your details" text or JUST a comment box. No thanks, that doesn't look professional. This app is exactly what we were looking for! A lot of our products come with customization options and this app makes it very easy for our customers to choose exactly what they want. We were very happy with the standard version of the app, but once we upgraded to the premium version we haven't looked back. The conditional logic and price add-on options are great to have!!
