Very helpful app, allows me to list hundreds of variants under a single product which I have been looking to do for years now. Finally found something that works. Only thing stopping me from giving full stars is an issue with the invoices containing all options, even non selected ones, I am sure there is a simple fix for this though.

App is easy and smooth, but customer support is even better, easy to talk to and totally willing to help. This is my first experience with apps, but if they're all this, I'm about to become bankrupt from buying too many apps!

The BoldApps team has been super fast and helpful in helping us get Product Options installed. The product options plugin is a great tool that has helped us streamline ordering processes, making them more informative for our customer and reducing back and forth to get customization features settled.

The app offers a lot of great options for customizing your storefront. The customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend this app and any app from Bold apps.

This app has been pretty easy to use and customize. So far it does everything I need, from custom changes to rush options. I like all of the option from radio buttons to drop down menus. It will even add those extra charges to the cart for you.

Fantastic app - this is exactly what we were looking for. Current Shopify options just diddn't cut it for us and we needed Conditional Logic drop-downs; the Product Options enables us to do this easily and in bulk. Looking forward to see it bringing in more sales for us.

I am moving jackandjillboutique.com from yahoo store to Shopify. While the templates I use at yahoo store give me the ability to add product options very easily at no extra cost, Shopify does not allow me to create a ton of product options easily. But Shopify does give other types of flexibility in managing an ecommerce store. Product Options from bold apps solved this problem quickly and effectively with its premium version at a low cost outlay per month compared to coding it using expensive developers.

I was on the fence about purchasing this app - as a new business every penny matters....but this was probably the best decision I made. The foresight this app has to truly customize your product to make it EASY for your customer is spot on. The app is user friendly - I could not recommend it more.

the product options app is quite powerful in its ability to expand upon your capabilities to sell your products with additional options and variants. it also allows a fair amount of additional customization through jquery. for example, we were able to have the different options change the main image (which is very helpful for customers to see exactly what they would be ordering). most importantly though, the customer service has been quite spectacular. our store was having some difficulties with the product options app, but after reaching out to support, tamer got back to us and he helped tackle the issues in a very timely manner. you all know how stressful it can be when your shopping cart isn't working right! so color me impressed. thank you again tamer! you rock!! i do wish there were forums setup or at least a more extensive faq section. because the product options app is actually quite powerful, i'm sure there are lots of customers who are trying to replicate the same sort of advanced functionality. things such as changing the main image with different product options, or the inventory checking functionality (which solved one of our issues, but i didn't know about it until tamer pointed it out), or how exactly you reference a dropdown option as opposed to checkbox options, and other very useful features. other than that, great work on an amazing app with deep, if somewhat undocumented, features.

I run a couture apparel shop and this is the best tool to use to seamlessly run a store that gives customers the option to have their dresses custom made to their dimensions.

The only reason I am giving any stars at all is that once the app is finally working it does what it says. My problem is more with the customer services I received. Each reply back to them took days to get an answer and even though I had gotten one reply on a Saturday, when the problem escalated to a LOT of lost sales I was given the excuse that they are closed on the weekend (then why did I get a reply on the middle of a weekend day?). Basically the initial installation which I paid and additional $50 to have done, was done incorrectly. Didn't get a reply for three days and had to use an old version of my theme to make due for the mean time. That was fine, it happens. But then instead of fixing the theme it was suppose to be on they wrote over my back-up copy of my old theme and it was STILL broken! (when you ask for the installation they ask for the themes that you'd like it done on so why this was mixed up I will never know). So for the busiest time period of my shop I was left with no functioning theme, no back-up to resort to, and no apology other than another couple of days wait (this had gone on for well over a week) other than we are closed on the weekend I'll fix it now and never actually said when they were done. Later I discover the test settings they'd put to make sure things were running were still left active so a few of my listings had blank drop downs labeled test, making my site look kind of sloppy. My back-up theme is still written over and has to be completely rebuilt and after all the money I lost because of their multiple mistakes you would have thought a refund or some comped subscription credit was in order. I lost easily $500 to $700 in sales given how high my abandon cart rate jumped over this time period. Very very very unhappy with this company's service

I installed this app 2 days ago and it is has definitely made the process of building my site so much easier! If you are looking for an app that all allow you to install product options very easily then look no further!

I just started using the Product Options App for Outrider's Shopify site and ran into an issue copying the code for the "Premium" version.
