it's good for starer like us actually

Really liked this app and I spent all this time getting this working yesterday only to wake up today and see that Instagram shut it down. Instagram does not allow for this program because it takes people away from Instagram..... so just thought I should get the word out. I liked SNPT a lot but since it's designed for Instagram there's no other use for it. They turned my link into a 404 page and a message that read that this is a page Instagram doesn't allow for. I guess I am just going to delete it but it is a bummer because I spent a lot of time on this to get it working. The only thing I wasn't crazy about with this app is that on your Instagram profile you have delete your link to your store and put in their link to go to their page. Other than that, it'd be great if it was allowable by Instagram.

Initially, it worked out great until some issues surfaced with product updating & price updating. 1) Product updating: Once you upload images to your Instagram, it might take awhile before it appears on the Snapppt platform, the support team might ask you to add in some codes (but not explaining how to). 2) Price updating: Almost the same as the top issue, but this one never got fixed. Uploaded new images onto Instagram, and it got updated onto Snapppt, but the prices reflect wrongly. *Support team response delay: I inquired on 20th June and got a reply on the 26th June, not something that you want to experience if you're running your online business. Followed the support team's instructions (P.S.: You have to figure out what they are saying yourself if you have no idea about codes) and yet, the problem still persists so I sent a 2nd email which was 3 days ago. Final verdict: Snapppt may be good for you IF you don't experience any issues, but once you do, prepare for a long wait, if not, switch over to some other Instagram apps, don't let their inefficiency affect your business.

Switched my whole store over to shopify only to have instagram not approve our store after days of work thank goodness i found this app!

Simple and easy to use, easy to install, does what it says. Nothing more to ask.

Awesome app UNTIL you have a problem. Worst support I have seen since I started my site on Shopify. Might be because the app is free. After adding the product galleries code, it started messing with my checkout, cart pop-up store buttons and the product image display. The team responded a couple of times after I reported the issue. The responses did not help. I was told that the issue was forwarded to their development team after I constantly kept emailing them. Been 3 weeks now and no solution or as much as an update as to where things are. Ridiculous.

Just started using this app with my store. Easy to install and post on my instagram page geek_fresh_clothing. Haven’t needed any support yet as the app is really easy to use, download, and set up and there is no real need for any tech skills. Highly recommend.

I think this is a really good app for every store to have if you have a good instagram feed. FOLLOW US @SOHOTSWIMWEAR !! I found this app fairly easy to set up and use. It does take a small bit of maintenance to update your feed every so often, but I think it is worth the time to help your social customers find your products you post very easily. Initially I would have rated 5 stars! It worked perfectly, until it didn't. Now, instead of an insta feed, I have a bunch of ugly question marks where the photos should be. I emailed support and someone got back to me pretty quickly but never fixed the problem and then just stopped emailing. I'm sad. :(

Loving this app so far. Makes it easy for my customers to locate and shop for the items I post on my instagram page. I don't have a review for their customer service or support, because I have not needed it. It was very easy to download, and set up. And I have zero tech skills. That's how easy it was.

I originally wrote my review when we started to use this app in 2016. It is a great app - designed to give you an Instagram gallery ON YOUR SITE that connects directly to the product posted making it shoppable and it works great. It looks beautiful, has great support, loads fast and you can't beat the price :) Thank you for a great app and excellent support! ----------------------------- This app rocks! I can hardly wait to see what they will come up with next. Support is awesome, live chat on the app itself. You may never need support as our set up went through in seconds without a single issue. Thank you for an awesome app.

This app is completely pointless and once you sign up you cannot close your account. Don't waste your time. The app does not work as advertised and does NOT make your Instagram Shoppable

As the founder of an independent accessories brand, I'm always on the look-out for apps that reduce my workload while helping increase customer engagement, and Snappt has become one of my "go-to" resources on a regular basis because it enables me to showcase my Instagram feed on my website, which allows my customers to easily find and purchase the hats they've seen on social media... and it only takes a few seconds out of my time! I love this app and highly recommend it.

Its only been a few days using this app so waiting to see great results, it's super easy to set up and the layout is superb. I would suggest this app to anyone in e-commerce

software works well and looks good enough,,,but I dont get it. All you can do is add a snapppt gallery link to your instagram bio..so what is the benefit of this over putting your own shop link there? if instagram allowed links from images in app allowing for a direct instagram to purchase experience, then this would be gold dust..but they don't!

App works well on my site, so far im loving it! automatically uploads my instagram images in a few easy clicks :)

Great app, easy to use. Site integration is easy to handle and works fine on the website. Customers can easily access the product and the design is good too.
