I haven't found an app which does what Sauce does with slick design comprehension and with so many features. I have asked multiple times for my account to be closed! There is no option for closing an account yourself on the website. No one gets back to me. Don’t install this unless you can afford it!!! I will also be contacting Shopify to let them know about not being able to cancel a subscription with this mob. If I could give zero stars I would.

I love the features and functionality of Sauce. I had been searching for better ways to showcase my social media on my website and I went through lots and lots of apps until I finally found Sauce. I have used the Sauce App now for over 6 years, basically as long as our website chanceloves.com has been live! That should speak for itself! Customers love the curated way to "Shop Instagram”, which definitely has helped our conversions. It's a great way to show off all our posts with an easy direct way for customers to purchase what they liked. The homepage slideshow carousel is an awesome feature, as well as being able to display all specific tagged posts on its accompanying product page. Fede from the support team is highly knowledgeable and always responds in a very timely way. I highly recommend Sauce for every online store, the App works great, and is easy to figure out.

I've been using this app for about 4 years now - any time I need assistance, they're quick to respond and have been incredibly supportive recently when I needed some urgent help (to fix something caused by myself). I've trialed lots of these apps over the years, and always end up coming back to Sauce - I'm here to stay now! Highly recommend!

It is a good tool, but it shows only a gray band on product pages that do not have UGC, which breaks up the sophistication of the shop design. Update 2022/12/22 I was told by customer support that it was impossible to get rid of the gray box before, except by using the Fallback Gallery feature, but they have now solved the problem. It would be a better tool if it were possible to analyze the performance of each UGC in more detail. The goal of UGC is not to get published, but it is also important to make improvements based on performance.

This app and the team that support it have been awesome for us. We continue to find new ways to work together as they really love their brands!

You can't have a website without a shoppable instagram. The team at SNPT are great and really helpful. They made this happen with no fuss and amazing support.
